Brock Cheer’s first practice of the year is officially in the books! ❤️

I feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to coach these ladies and be part of this new chapter for the program.

A huge thank you to all the alumni, previous coaches, and industry leaders who have reached out to share their knowledge, support, and best wishes for the program.

Thank you all for following along on this new venture. I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

Wow…my heart is FULL after this weekend.✨

Cheer Factory, thank you for the opportunity to spend the weekend working alongside such incredible athletes and instructors. Getting to help run this event was such a special experience, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.

And to all of my Shadow Cats and Posh Cats - I’m SO proud to coach you. 🥹 Thank you for showing up with open minds, adaptability, hard work, and, most importantly, kindness. Watching you learn, grow, challenge yourselves, and support one another is exactly why I love what I do.

Until next year…💜 taken in Burlington, Ontario by @cheercoachmeg

I would relive this past week a million times over if I could. 🥹

Thank you, @gemsathletics for creating such an incredible environment. Your athletes and staff are incredibly talented, hardworking, and kind. It was such a privilege to come back and spend the week with all of you.

@cheerfactoryinc, we kept saying it all week: your staff is truly like no other. We pushed each other, learned from each other, laughed constantly, and had so much fun along the way. Work never really feels like work when you get to do it with people you love.

My heart is so full. Thank you to everyone who made this week so meaningful and reminded me why I love this sport and community so much.

As excited as I am to get home to my family and @impactcheerathletics, I already can’t wait to be back in Vancouver. Until next time. ❤️💎 taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @cheercoachmeg

Still trying to put into words what this means to me.

Becoming a National Champion coach has been on my cheer bucket list since I started coaching at 14 years old. Today, it didn’t just happen once…it happened twice.🥇😭

To every parent who trusted the process, every athlete who poured their heart into this season, and my co-coaches who gave so much behind the scenes, I’m so grateful for you. Thank you.
