Different mediums allow us to create movement, texture, and realism in completely different ways.

This birthday cake was designed for someone who loves to make a statement, using textured fondant and hand colored rice paper to bring movement and a bold pop of color to the design.

Inside, layers of almond cake were filled with a silky, bright lemon curd. (Sharp edges on the buttercream)

Our cakes are more than cakes, they are art pieces. Whether we’re creating realistic sugar flowers, textured fondant, or sculptural rice-paper details, every element is handmade with intention.
