Chicago! What an incredible night of networking we had recently with our new community partner, @AONplc, at their U.S. headquarters! 🎉

Coming together to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and most importantly, experience the joy of community is what we’re all about. 😎

How does a national movement grow? 🤔

The answer is simple: through the power of its network. We want to give a huge shoutout to our Members and Community Partners for submitting an overwhelming number of nominations for our 2027 Change Collective Fellowship Program.

Whether you shared the application on social media or forwarded it to a coworker, you played an important role in expanding Change Collective’s reach and ensuring that the next generation of leaders has the opportunity to create change. We couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you! by @chngecollective

There’s a reason progress isn’t linear — everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you come back from those mistakes that makes the difference. 💡

Swipe to learn how to foster resilience and be able to navigate mistakes as a leader when feelings of shame and self-doubt start to creep in. ➡️ by @chngecollective

Did you know that only 21% to 22% of Hispanic adults ages 25 and older in the U.S. hold a bachelor's degree?

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re spotlighting how the Chicago Latino Caucus Foundation (CLCF) is changing this statistic. Through scholarships, mentoring opportunities, and leadership training, the CLCF aims to improve access to higher education for Chicago’s Latino youth.

We are proud to have them as partners in our changemaking movement!

Ever wanted to know what the Change Collective Fellowship Program is actually like? 🤔

Well, thanks to Jalyn McElroy (@heyitsjalyn_ _), we have an inside look at her Fellowship experience in Jackson, MS. 🔍

“For six months, I spent one Saturday a month at the Mississippi Museum of Art learning, working, connecting, and growing. I walked in knowing only a few people, but I’m leaving with so many meaningful connections and new forever friends. There is something special about people you have only known for six months showing up for you, encouraging you through the long days, and pushing you forward when things get hard,” shared Jalyn.
