This honor reflects the unwavering dedication to excellence we set for ourselves each day.

The next Ultimate School of Barbecue is coming up Sunday, November 15.

Spend a full day covering brisket, pork steak, whole turkey, and herb-crusted prime rib, with hands-on instruction around meat selection, seasoning, prep, cook times, temperatures, and the cook itself from start to finish.

What an incredible weekend at the @southernlivingmag @southboundfoodfest 🔥
