There comes a point when you stop making everything about what needs to be healed.

You decide if you actually WANT to be better, then begin the inner work.

You also begin noticing what’s ALREADY beautiful.

The way you laugh. The random dance moves you try in the mirror. The things that bring you pleasure. The parts of yourself that survived without going rogue on yourself (the real flex).

Healing isn’t only about examining and working through our patterns. It’s also about creating enough safety within ourselves to experience life in spite of them.

More softness. More curiosity. More wonder. More living.

That’s part of the medicine, too.

Spoiler alert: You are the medicine!

Off Topic/On Frequency⚡️… our not-a-podcast-podcast 😂

So, Athena and I sat down last week to catch up and it turned into conversation on spirituality, health and more.

This is the full video mentioned in the earlier post🎥

The inner work is quiet. The evidence is NOT.

Less explaining. Less negotiating with what you already know. Less abandoning yourself to maintain connection.

The work you do becomes visible in the choices you make, the boundaries you honor, and the peace you no longer bargain away. The rumble in your nervous system you stop ignoring.

Not a new identity. A different way of inhabiting your own.

Because old patterns change when your everyday practices do.

Welcome to: Off Topic/On Frequency 🔥… our not-a-podcast-podcast 😂

It was so fun spending the afternoon with my sister friend @theseasideshaman 🤗 and chatting it up on spirituality and all the things.

Should we release the full video?!

Do the inner work until the old version of you no longer recognizes the life you’ve built.

Inner work changes more than how you feel. It changes what you choose, what you tolerate, what you repeat—and eventually, what you become.

For those ready to begin a new practice or deepen an existing one: Pattern Medicine + Herbal Alchemy.

Come study with me. 🌿

What’s your favorite beach? 🏝️ by @cicelyeverson

Even your busiest days—especially your busiest days—should include a break where you can reset mentally, find things/people to be grateful for, and hopefully find some sun in the process ☀️

And if you feel like being the photographer and the subject, have at it 😂

Last updates for the day… I think 🤔

RESEARCH
Be a part of my research project. I recently applied for a research scholarship in human behavior and narcissism. This is a loaded conversation but one that should be happening way more. So many people’s lives are impacted negatively by relationships (of all kinds) that fall into this category. I’m writing a manuscript as the next phase of this scholarship and I would love to feature your genuine experiences.

Your information will be held confidentially; you will also be able to view your submission if it is used in the project. This might sound unrelated to healing but all aspects of life contribute to your healing!

HIGH LEVEL ADULTING
Even though I’m an undercover introvert, I have really been missing stimulating conversations around things that matter to me. If you love high level conversations, have outgrown friend groups or simply want a sacred space to grow personally and spiritually, I have a space for this!

I created The Society, and the group is set up on BFF (formerly the Geneva app). Come pull up a seat at the most elevated table around.

For those of you who don’t know me personally, the details matter to me. The energy matters. I barely talk to people as it is because of this 🤣🥴😅. If that sounds like you, let’s be friends.

The Society is not business related and it’s totally free. LINK IN BIO @cicelyeverson. ❤️
