Heartbroken is an understatement... 💔 Bella, thank you for allowing me to experience unconditional love, trust, and a bond unmatched. We've been a package deal for 13 years, and I'm grateful for every minute. I can't describe what losing you has done to me. I'm so sad and broken, and I know that I'll never be the same Ciji. You made me a "dog person." I never knew how much love could transfer from the heart of such a tiny dog. It's undeniable, and I am forever grateful.. Hello, my Charged Up Family,
The color purple represents awareness for both #pancreaticcancer as well as #domesticviolence. As many of you know, my father passed away a year ago of PC, and my sister is a DV survivor, educator, and advocate.

This Monday, October 19th (on my fathers birthday), our standard Charged Up class will have a special meaning. Join us for the free Purple Party! 💜

Please wear your purple, and consider making direct donations to one or both of the following organizations. These organizations are changing lives in both areas.

To my bestie @miss_b_dimpless It has been my pleasure to watch you chase your dreams. A wife, mother of 4, daughter, sister, friend, entrepreneur, podcaster.... You wear many hats. I know it may feel heavy at times, but none of us see the weight because you carry it with such grace. You are in your element, and I pray that whatever is for you finds you. I’m so grateful that my friend @caisse_ainsley said let’s go to this Wellness Party a few days before the event. Best decision 🖤. Y’all know I love a great instructor and the 3 beautiful ladies that worked us out had me in awe. So much fun was had.
