Hello, my Charged Up Family,
The color purple represents awareness for both #pancreaticcancer as well as #domesticviolence. As many of you know, my father passed away a year ago of PC, and my sister is a DV survivor, educator, and advocate.

This Monday, October 19th (on my fathers birthday), our standard Charged Up class will have a special meaning. Join us for the free Purple Party! 💜

Please wear your purple, and consider making direct donations to one or both of the following organizations. These organizations are changing lives in both areas.

💜 G.R.O.W Foundation @grow_va
💜 LUSTGARTEN Foundation @lustgartenfdn

Another strong 2TD game for BJ but not the desired result. Time to regroup, get our injured guys back and make a strong push into the playoffs. Don’t count us out yet, the goal is still the same. 🏆

The show may have ended, but the vibes definitely didn’t! 🥂❤️🔥

The music, the dancing, the laughter, the hugs, and all the love in the room! THIS is the energy we love! ❤️

Bare’ly Sippin Live was more than just conversations on stage… it was about bringing people together, making memories, and enjoying every moment! 🎙️✨

And we’re not done yet! 👀🔥 All week long, we’ll be sharing clips from our live show, so stay tuned for some of the best moments, conversations, and laughs from the night🎥🥂

Shout out to that time I told my sister I liked her @chargedupdance routine and she gave me exactly 3 minutes and 11 seconds to learn it. I mean, I think I held my own considering the circumstances. 🤣

If you’re in the Mt. Holly, NJ area, go check out Charged Up Dance Fitness Studio. It’s a workout, but it definitely feels more like a party. A vibe every time! 💃🏽👟

Last week, I took some much-needed time off from work and went to visit my big sister in New York. When I say we (including our other sister, who crashed the party 😂) had so much fun, I mean it.

From bookstore crawls and walking the city to catching up with family, crashing karaoke joints, and getting stuck on the train (you had to be there 😆), the trip was everything I needed and more.

This past year has taught me a lot about the value of time. Take the day off. Call someone you love. Make the trip. Then do it again. 💜
