Half Kneeling Double Jab Progression!
••
Our goal is to get the athlete to fight momentum and really drive off inside portion of foot to get lateral (east/west) in the pocket of their dodge!
••
This will help athlete shift / transfer weight in upper body to sell jab steps more effectively. In turn getting the defender to open up or drop step which will allow us to attack back north/south!

2nd grade through high school. The foundation never changes.

Attack downhill FULL SPEED → Stutter → Jab → Explode back downhill.

The goal isn’t to dance around defenders. It’s to disrupt their feet, create separation, and attack space.
