In abril 2019 Dylan and I moved from Buenos Aires to Miami, starting our adventure with @coffeacompany. We worked super hard doing everything we could by ourselves, except plumbing and electricity. After months than seemed endless we finally opened our doors in November 2019. And in February 2020 we had to close them because of the pandemic. These were hard times. Uncertainty and fear were our partners for many months until August 2020 when we started teaching again on the online format. Little by little we started recovering spaces and work and believe it or not, in November 2022 we were able to move next-door to a bigger space. This space was previously occupied by a designer, so all our walls were covered with signs and stickers related to the business. For two years many visitors were confused when they entered Coffea. Of course they were.

Finally, in November 2024 we started remodeling the space and we couldn’t be happier.

This is our new home, and yours as well.

Thank you to those friends that came to be with us, we really appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. Dylan, Mada and I are grateful for your time!

@just_the_roaster is our Co-Founder. Raised in Seattle, He studied business administration but he fell in love with coffee. You have been used to see him in all our courses and classes (since 2017) helping, brewing and serving coffee, roasting, always smiling and receiving our students and customers. Starting 2024 Dylan will be our second SCA Authorized Trainer at Coffea. He will start with Barista and Green Coffee courses. He is a CQI Post Harvest Processing Assistant Instructor as well, so he will be teaching these classes too. We are more than happy to received and welcome Dylan as a coffee trainer. Like someone said, it's about time Dylan!😍🧑🏻‍🏫
.

🎅✨ Santa saw your coffee setup… and he said “Ho-ho-HOLD UP.” So we’re stepping in. 😎
From Nov 30 – Dec 16, Coffee Flock is dropping seriously jolly discounts on Breville espresso machines.
Because nothing says holiday spirit like pulling café-level shots in your pajamas while judging your latte art skills.
Whether you’re buying for yourself (no shame, Santa knows you’ve been “pretty good-ish”) or for that friend who’s still drinking instant coffee 👀… this is the moment.

Upgrade your coffee. Impress Santa. Impress yourself.
🎁 Deals end Dec 16 — before Santa raids our inventory.
-
🎅✨ Santa vio tu estación de café… y dijo: “Ho-ho-HOLD UP.” Así que decidimos intervenir. 😎
Impresiona a Santa. Impresiónate a ti mismo.
🎁 Las ofertas terminan el 16 de diciembre — antes de que Santa vacíe nuestro inventario.

🍁 Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃✨
Today we pause to appreciate the moments, the people, and the little things that make life meaningful. Grateful for family, for friendships old and new, for challenges that made us stronger, and for the opportunities ahead.
No matter how you’re celebrating: around a crowded table, sharing virtual laughs, or enjoying a quiet moment of reflection, we hope your day is filled with warmth, joy, and good food.
Here’s to gratitude, togetherness, and creating memories that last.
Happy Thanksgiving from us to you!

Sensory courses are always fun to assist…order and method is required. And that…I like it 🙋🏻‍♀️

@thome.dylan is the trainer! 🫡

This is our last for 2025 (time flies😱), and tomorrow is CVA for Cuppers. Two spots are still available.
