Before choosing a training plan, describe the week you actually have.

Start with three practical questions:
1. When can I realistically make time?
2. What space and equipment are available?
3. What support would make the plan easier to follow?

These answers help shape the conversation with your coach. They are not a fixed exercise prescription or a promise of results.

Save this checklist. If you want personal support, explore COFITQ online coaching. Coaching is available in English and Persian.

“From the pitch to the lab: My journey in sports performance continues. ⚽️📈
For years, football taught me the value of discipline, tactical leadership, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. But my transition from a competitive player to a performance coach was driven by a need for more: the science behind the movement.
I’ve officially combined my on-field experience with international professional certifications, including NASM and IUSCA. At COFITQ, we aren’t just training; we are applying evidence-based methodologies to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts reach their peak potential.
The game is changing, and I’m proud to bring this holistic approach to the fitness community in Vienna.
Check out the slides to see the path from my competitive youth years to current professional standards.

Online coaching can include a personalised workout plan, video sessions, exercise-video reviews and follow-ups.

We first discuss your goals, training experience, equipment and available time. Together, we agree which support fits your circumstances. Services, session numbers, follow-up frequency, communication, timing and price are discussed before starting.

These are available coaching options, not a fixed package with the same support for everyone. Explore the approach and ask a question at cofitq.at — link in bio.

Progress can involve more than a change on the scale.

A 2021 overview by Bellicha and colleagues brought together 12 systematic reviews covering 149 studies in adults with overweight or obesity. It found that exercise can improve body composition, and that resistance training can help preserve lean mass during diet-induced weight loss. These are group findings, not a guarantee for any individual.

This carousel is a simplified introduction. Fitness also includes strength, endurance, function and other goals beyond body composition.

Correction to this carousel: the claims about “destroying your metabolism,” automatic lean-mass preservation and “maximum fat loss” are too broad. This carousel should not be used as an individual nutrition or training prescription.

A suitable approach depends on your goals, training history, recovery and circumstances. High-intensity training is not a universal best choice.

For individual nutrition needs, seek advice from a qualified nutrition professional. Explore personalised online training at cofitq.at (link in bio).

A seven-day guide can help you start organising your routine. It is an introduction, not a promise of a seven-day transformation or a personalised programme.

Clarification to the original wording: results are not guaranteed and no short checklist covers every factor affecting progress.

COFITQ online coaching can include a workout plan, video sessions, exercise-video reviews and agreed follow-ups. Explore the free introductory guide and ask about working together at cofitq.at (link in bio).

The best plans are usually the least dramatic.

Walk.
Train.
Eat protein.
Sleep.
Repeat.

That’s where real progress starts.

DM me “PLAN” if you want the simple structure.

A pause on the scale does not tell the whole story. Review the trend over time, your training, recovery and how workable the plan has been.

Clarification to this carousel: a plateau should not automatically be blamed on inconsistent habits or described as a broken metabolism. Individual circumstances and the time period being measured matter.

Persistent concerns are a reason to speak with an appropriate healthcare professional. Explore personalised training support at cofitq.at (link in bio).
