This past weekend, Comma Hospitality hosted a dinner at H. Lorenzo’s Archive Space in Downtown Los Angeles for the release of a special project between @glasscypress and @adidasoriginals, centered on the iconic Stan Smith.
The intention was to take the world we’re building in Houston — between our restaurants and Glass Cypress — and share a piece of it with the Los Angeles community.

The foundation of so much on our menu is our sushi rice. Sourced from northern Japan, this medium-grain rice is naturally sweet, fragrant, and aromatic.

Using a traditional cutting method, we fold in our house sushi-zu so that each grain is evenly seasoned.

Its slightly brown hue comes from that vinegar mixture and brown sugar, which also give it a subtle nutty flavor. by @commahospitality
