We figured it was about time we introduced ourselves. We’re @sarahkiryshin_cooks and @mandyhumphreys.nutrition, the two food-obsessed humans behind Content Bites. Between us, we’ve spent over 15 years in the worlds of marketing strategy, nutrition, food styling and recipe development. But more than anything, we just really love food - making it, talking about it, styling it and helping brands tell better stories through it. We started Content Bites because we saw a gap. So many food brands were doing cool things, but didn’t have access to content that was both strategic and affordable.  So we built the solution: a creative studio that helps good products get the love they deserve through thoughtful recipes, seasonal content and strong brand storytelling. Crispy on top, creamy in the middle and loaded with leek, bacon and a good amount of Gruyère cheese. A recipe we shot for @luckypigbentleigh and one to save for those nights that call for comfort. 🧀 Potato, Leek & Bacon Gratin 2 leeks, thinly sliced 1kg potatoes, thinly sliced 150g streaky bacon, chopped 3 garlic cloves, crushed 300ml thickened cream 150ml milk 150g grated Gruyère cheese 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper Pinch of ground nutmeg Fresh thyme Heat oven to 180°C. Fry bacon until golden, then set aside. Cook leeks in the bacon fat for 5 min, add garlic. Mix cream, milk, nutmeg and Dijon, and season well. Layer potatoes, leek and bacon in a greased baking dish in two layers. Pour over the cream mixture and top with cheese and thyme. Bake covered for 45 min, then uncovered for 25-30 min until golden and tender. by @content.bites
