Continental Touring proudly welcomes Southern California metal force @contortionofficial!

Formed in 2013, CONTORTION delivers a crushing blend of thrash, groove and modern metal. The band has performed at Knotfest and Mayhem Fest and toured extensively throughout the United States, UK, Europe, Malta and Brazil—including dates with Krisiun and Malevolent Creation.

Following the release of The Common Thread in 2024, CONTORTION is now working on new music and preparing for its next chapter on the road.

Welcome to Continental Touring!

Writing a new album takes time, patience, and a ton of inspiration.
Here's some behind the scenes clips of working out new riffs and ideas ans we piece a new song together...
It currently has no name... saved as "You Better Save This" 🫡😅

We're trying with so many new ideas and constructs: Odd time signatures, interesting scales and modes, and of course new influences we've yet to tap into in previous songs.

Contortion, as a band, has always worked to give our fans and audience something new, unique, and diverse. We are currently toying with more progressive sounds, blending in black and death metal tricks into what we are writing.

Would you like to see more of the process? Should we make more vids of how these things come together?
Let us know in the comments!!!

Thank you all!!! See you again soon. 🙏🏼🤘
