🌱 Eat your greens. Then wipe the plate!
@cookiescreamberlin’s new autumn menu is here. Chefs @patrickziegert and @viktor.gerhardinger turn their Michelin-starred veg cooking into pure comfort food, with big umami sauces and seasonal produce that has you eyeing a second round.

We went all in on the tasting menu, including the epic Parmesan dumpling and the miso cucumber with seaweed caviar.

🍷🫧 Another banger is the drinks. The wines are outstanding, and the zero-alcohol pairing is exceptional: homemade ferments, small-batch kombucha and plant- or tea-based bubbles.

What an incredible night! ❤️

Last night’s CHARITY at [COOKIES CREAM] was one to remember! Together, we raised an amazing €170,000 in support of Mbigili Children’s Village in Tanzania, helping provide a loving home and education for around 80 children.

A huge thank you to our wonderful guests, our amazing team, @anitatillman and @JohannKönig, and the incredible artists who generously donated their artworks.

And a very special thank you to @savas.nicolee for making so much happen behind the scenes!

Das neue Herbst-Winter Menü im Cookies Cream ist da! Küchenchef Patrick Ziegert, kulinarischer Leiter Viktor Gerhardinger und ihr Team haben es auch dieses Mal geschafft, ein Menü zu kreieren, das überzeugt.

Das von Cookie alias Heinz Gindullis 2007 eröffnete und seit 2018 kontinuierlich mit einem Michelin-Stern prämierte Restaurant Cookies Cream ist aus der Berliner Gastronomie-Szene kaum mehr wegzudenken. Gerade feierte das Cookies Cream die Premiere seines Herbst-Wintermenüs 2026. Konzipiert haben es Küchenchef Patrick Ziegert und Viktor Gerhardinger, Head of Culinary Development, die seit Anfang des Jahres gemeinsam die Küche des vegetarischen Sternerestaurants leiten. Das Ergebnis: präzise, mutig, einzigartig. Tiefe Aromen, starke Kontraste und viel Spaß am Unerwarteten.

Wir haben mit Patrick über seinen Weg ins Cookies Cream gesprochen, über die Club-Herkunft des Hauses, die Vielfalt vegetarischer Spitzenküche und warum auch wer sonst gern Fleisch isst, hier nichts vermisst.
