Crossing another one off the bucket list…✨🌎

Standing in front of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro and realizing I was experiencing one of the Seven Wonders of the World was truly a moment. 🙌🏽🇧🇷

Life has a way of reminding you just how blessed you are when you slow down long enough to take it all in. I’m grateful for the journey, the experiences, the people I get to share them with, and every opportunity to see more of this beautiful world.

Of course I had to check out the fresh herbs while I’m here…and YES, they’re going straight into the drinks! 🍹😂 Fresh herbs just hit different!

Now you already know my wheels are turning…🤔 I’m thinking when I get back to VA, it may be time to set up an indoor herb growing system at Rx Catering! 🌿👩🏽‍🍳

Fresh basil, mint, cilantro, rosemary…straight from our own little indoor “farm” to the Rx Kitchen!

Y’ALL…today is a VERY important day because it’s my #1 lady’s BIRTHDAY!!! 🎉🎂🥳💜

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my amazing MOM! 💜
If you know me, you already KNOW how much this woman means to me. She is the glue of our family, the calm in the middle of the chaos, the one who keeps everybody straight 😂, and one of the BIGGEST reasons I’m able to keep doing ALLLLLL the things I do!

And if you’ve ever called Rx Catering…there’s a good chance you’ve talked to her too! 😂📞 She may be “retired,” but somehow I managed to recruit her into being one of my most dependable behind-the-scenes Rx Catering MVPs. Whether she’s answering calls, taking detailed notes, helping me stay organized, - she is ALWAYS there. 💜

People tell me ALL the time, “You look just like your Mom!” And I’m like…THANK YOU!!! 🙌🏽😂 I will gladly take that compliment EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Mom, thank you for loving us BIG, praying for us, supporting us, encouraging us, keeping us grounded, and showing up over and over again.
