Here’s a little more about Greg and his journey in the world of wine.

Greg Starks is a Houston sommelier whose approach to wine is rooted in genuine, welcoming hospitality. Known for his approachable demeanor and relaxed style, Greg believes that great wine should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of knowledge or experience. He now serves as the sommelier of Credence and its sister speakeasy Sidebar, creating pairings that are both delightful and unexpected, and personalizing each guest's experience. Greg is particularly drawn to distinctive, unconventional wines that challenge expectations and offer guests something new to uncover. Balancing a deep appreciation for the craft with his unpretentious and guest-focused philosophy, he strives to make every wine experience both engaging and memorable.
