Being busy and being profitable are two totally different things, and most owners can't tell you which one they are.

Not for sure. Not until tax season, when someone finally adds it all up.

And it's not their fault. Every sale, every fee, every expense lands somewhere different. The card processor here, the bank there, a spreadsheet nobody's opened since March.

So I built a system for a business that pulls all of it together every morning. It sorts every transaction, keeps a running profit and loss, and sets the tax money aside as it comes in.

At any point in the month you can look and know exactly what you made and what you owe. Tax time turns into a download instead of a scramble.

Every business is sitting on money it already earned and then forgot about.

Old leads. The people who asked for a quote, said they'd think about it, and then just went quiet. You didn't drop the ball on purpose. It was a Tuesday, you were buried, and they slipped your mind.

I'm building a system for a client right now that does the remembering for him. Every week it goes back through the whole list, pulls the ones actually worth another call, and hands him each one with the reason to reach out and what to say.

No spreadsheet. No chasing. It just shows up.

What would you do with 30 extra hours a month? I just gave a client his back.

One of my clients buys houses here in King County. To find them, he was driving neighborhoods, digging through county tax records, and building call lists by hand. Every single day. Hours of it before he ever picked up the phone.

So I built him a system. It pulls every single-family home in the county, scores each one on the exact signals he looks for (behind on taxes, rough condition, high equity, owned a long time), and hands him a ranked list of who to call. It refreshes on its own every month. He opens the sheet and starts dialing.

Built to give him back 30 to 40 hours a month.
