Five years married today! 🖤 In 2020, we dreamed of honeymooning in Puerto Rico, but a pandemic and tropical storm rerouted us to Orlando instead. Five years later, we finally made it — and our love is stronger than ever. Here’s to always choosing each other, even when life sends unexpected storms. Cheers to 5 years and forever more! 💍🤚🏾

When we seek God for who he is and not simply for what he can give us, we find true satisfaction. God is our refuge in times of trouble. But he is worth seeking even if our troubles persist. 💯 taken in Harlem by @cwolfnyc

Psalm 46 reminds us that true peace isn’t the absence of trouble. It’s knowing that God is with us in the midst of it. He doesn’t promise to remove every difficult thing from our lives, but He does promise to be present through it all.
