In a victory for Pennsylvania library workers and the communities they serve, the employees of Upper Darby Township & Sellers Memorial Free Public Library voted overwhelmingly last month to form their union through @afscmecouncil13. This agreement delivers: ✅ Wage increases of 4% in 2026, 3.75% in 2027, and 3.5% in 2028
✅ Increased parental leave
✅ Increased employer 401(k) contributions

94% of our colleagues voted YES to unionizing as Seattle Art Museum Workers United.

We are elated to stand with our union siblings in AFSCME Cultural Workers United, fighting for the protections our workers deserve.

After two years of negotiations and battling significant pushback from management, members of @damworkersunited ratified a historic contract that will improve pay, benefits and worker rights. Workers at Denver Art Museum workers, who formed their union through @afscmeco, have now secured the first-ever union contract at a Colorado museum.
