Congrats to the members of AFSCME Local 752 at the Philadelphia Zoo on ratifying a new 3-year contract!
This agreement delivers: ✅ Wage increases of 4% in 2026, 3.75% in 2027, and 3.5% in 2028
✅ Increased parental leave
✅ Increased employer 401(k) contributions
✅ No increase in employee health care %
✅ Increased disability benefits
