POSTS STORIES REELS

This right here. This is our “WHY”

Recently @tyson.allred got a voice message from a follower turned friend through this podcast journey we’ve been on the last 2 years. Words cannot describe what that message ment to us and everyone involved with Dad Bods & Beards.

So with his permission we wanted to share his words with you all.

We know it’s hard. We’ve been there. We are still there. But we are also trying ourselves, and our sincerest desire for everyone, not just men, when it comes to mental health and self care is that you make space for yourself. You are deserving of all the love and acceptance in the world. But it has to start with you. You set the tone. You define the expectations. We promise you all, it’s so worth it.

So take some time for you. The people who truly love you unconditionally will take note and not stand in your way, but lift you and want this for you as much as you do.

Huge thanks to the guys at DadBods and Beards Podcast for having me on! 🙏

I had an absolute blast talking, laughing, crying, and sharing some real-life lessons and stories. Grateful for the conversation, the hospitality, and the opportunity to connect with two great guys.

Thanks for having me on!

The right friend doesn’t just stand beside you when life is easy. They notice when you’re struggling, remind you who you are, and help lift you when you don’t have the strength to lift yourself.

Finding that kind of friendship is rare, but it’s incredibly important. We all need someone who can bring light into our darker moments, make us laugh when life feels heavy, and tell us the truth when we’ve forgotten our own worth.

Find the people who make you feel stronger, lighter, and more like yourself. Then make sure you’re that kind of friend for them too.

Life is too heavy to carry alone. You got this. by @dadbodsandbeards_

Men want to feel nurtured and important.

@loganpetersen @tyson.allred thanks for joining us on the X Room.

I had the opportunity to work out and record a podcast with @stevecutler_ , and this conversation was something special.

Steve has trained alongside and worked with some of the biggest legends in fitness and bodybuilding, including Olympians and old school icons. His knowledge goes far beyond building muscle. We talked about self care, resilience, mental health, aging, confidence, discipline, and what it truly means to take care of yourself in every area of life.

We worked out, we laughed, and we had an honest conversation about the lessons life teaches us inside and outside the gym.

This is going to be an epic podcast, and I genuinely think you’re going to love it when it comes out.

This time last year I had @justin_danger_nunley shave off my epic beard in Florida at @thegulfcustommotors to raise money for @igy6__22 to support Veterans and First responders battling PTSD, leaving me looking like a baby face.

Justin must have stole my bearded mojo on that day cause it hasn’t really been back since.

Diggin the mustache era though 👨🏻

Unforgettable weekend with nothing but good people!
