Ever since reading this magazine back in 1999 when I first joined the @britisharmy , I so badly wanted to feature in it. That time has come. What makes me proud is hearing my boy saying " PROUD OF YOU DADDY" 💛
Thanks for the continuing support from @britisharmysport

The World 24hr Championships in Taiwan 🇹🇼

Coming into the race, I knew big distances and pb's weren't on the cards due to conditions of the race and how difficult my year had been. BUT instead of worrying about things I couldn't change, I put all my positive energy into things I could 💪
After all, I was there for TEAM success. I was part of a team, and what a team we are 🇬🇧

I was so proud of myself for racing smart and digging deep when I needed. We came away with a team 🥉. Over the moon. Experience of a life time and made so many friends too 😊

So many people to thank. You know who you are 🤣
Management/crew was absolutely brilliant.
We did it team 👌

THANK YOU SO MUCH @teamhour7 ❤
You believed in me when alot didnt. You have gave me so much confidence, belief and tools to handle any situation and occasion 💪
Making my 1st appearance for GB 🇬🇧 was always going to be tough. Team hour 7 prepared me well mentally and physically. Highlight was attitude training camp in Italy 🤗 And hanging out with the team 🥰
This is just the start of my wacky adventure in the ultra world and hopefully get another chance to run for GB 🤞
Everyone who knows me or been around me on adventures knows that there is never a dull moment and always stories to tell 🙈 I just love it.
Cant wait for the next training block and a big race to be scheduled.
TEAM HOUR 7 till I die 🏴‍☠️🏳❤
