Love can be so easy and so fun when you define what you want and never settle. Thank you @garetsejkora for showing up every day as an elite partner, I’m having so much fun maximizing life with you 🫶🏼 and beyond grateful to share this moment with a true soul sister @isabellajune 🥹🫶🏼 taken in Coronado, California by @danielleraecer

Life update 🤍

I really don’t post to this account much, and for a while I wasn’t really posting to any of my 28 accounts (okay not exact number but there’s probably more)

But ya know what? I’m ready to share a little more. I’ve had times of my life when I want to be ultra private but if you know me in person, then you know l’m actually an over-sharer es (thanks dad)

So very recently l’ve been inspired to “re-open” my thoughts and my life. Mostly because I know that we’re all here to mirror each other and I find myself SO inspired by other people... likely because I’m very selective about the content I consume (zero television and mostly healthy and successful people)

And I have a unique life story that’s lead me to me ultra obsessed with creating balance and joy in my life through self awareness and optimization. I think we’re living in a time that what we need more than ever is REAL connection, and REAL life stories. The more I know. The more I realize we don’t know SH*T. I’ve studied biology and chemistry pretty deeply, throw in some plant medicine ceremonies and the one thing I feel confident in is, we’re just trying our best to define what is and how it came about so that we can discuss it and talk about it, with each other, “reflecting” as mirrors 🪞

I don’t think this “earthly” experience will give us any true answers, my belief is that we are here to honor and enjoy the experience

I know I find my greatest joy when I am taking care of MYSELF.
My deep belief is the love you can give others is only a reflection of how you can love and appreciate YOURSELF

Some people might think this sounds vein, I love myself the most when I’m feeling physically the best. And that includes exercise in ways that I like and eating foods give me the proper fuel to heal and sustain.

That’s why I’m going to stop being “shy” about sharing my health and wellness journey, when I am truly so passionate about it. I am always sharing and inspiring irl so why not see if I can help people who I may never meet, and I hope if you’re still reading this you feel inspired to invest more into yourself, and maybe even share YOUR journey, unapologetically 🤍 143 by @danielleraecer
