When Danielle and I left for Texas on the Wednesday before the show. I weighed 238 lbs. before cutting water. Today, 2 weeks out and I'm 231. A new low and still 2 more time to dig. Me vs. Me, the best I can. Thank you Danielle for putting up with me during this dig😅 I couldn't do it without you!

Officially 10 weeks out of the @musclecontest USA's show! Currently 247 fasted. As always, doing it my way. No stress, no worries. Working with a coach that truly knows me and my strengths @geekgenetics Strategic push days, days to refill and Saturday to have a burrito and mates as long as true progress was made😂🤘🏻 I'm committed to keeping my training fun, no matter what phase I'm in. You never quit what you truly enjoy💪🏻

So wrapping up this year I've realized I start working out over 10 years ago now. I went back and checked the photos from my first ever show to see how far I've come. This was back in 2021 and I had no idea what to expect. But as usual, I made sure it was fun as hell and of course it was🤘🏻 but we get so caught up trying to improve that sometimes you forget to see how far you've actually come. Clearly my physique has not changed in the slightest. But I grew a siiiiiiiiiick mustache since then😂🤘🏻 obviously kidding😂 so much improvement has been made but I take zero credit. It really is the crew around me that's helped me get better. I'm a product of @thegymsd and will ALWAYS shout my crew out. I'm nothing without you guys. Thank you for all you've given me over the years. I'm beyond excited to improve and be a different bodybuilder the next time I step on stage. And with the Big Guy holding me up, alongside my incredible fiancé, I just know 2026 is gonna RIIIIIIIIIP🤘🏻 and forgive me, but I'll be hyping all you guys up even more than normal, because it's just too fun😂🤘🏻

Sorry to show my hiney but I'm a bodybuilder. What else did you expect😂 but just had to shout my babe out. Danielle has never had a background in this sport yet never ceases to jump head first and learn for me. She supports everything I do. Every leap I've made recently is from her guidance and wisdom in the field of biology and her perfect ways of communicating to me. Danielle is all the proof I need to know that when you have a partner that truly loves you and keep all your faith above, you can truly accomplish anything. Thank you for always supporting me babe.
