This past week was a huge one! ๐Ÿฅน I had the honour of joining @laurahiggins as a team member to run The Scale Summit - an intimate event for members of The Next Level Club + a few special guests. In-person events are so special to me - not only are they relatively 'new' to my portfolio (a.k.a exciting and a fun challenge) but they are so powerful to be a part of. ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ It was so fun prepping session curriculum, going on supply runs with my love @laurarizvani_ , facilitating throughout, and most importantly watching members build life-long friendships and biz collabs. x Thank you to @nath.higgins and @laurahiggins for trusting me and supporting me in my passions - so grateful for to be the Head Coach for LH and can't wait for all our big plans in 2026! @momentsbyblue ๐Ÿ“ธ by @darbydays.co
Over the last two days I've had the absolute PLEASURE of supporting my queen @laurahiggins as she smashed it through keynotes, implementation sessions and podcast recordings this week at the @storybrand Summit. Clients like Laura are the reason why I LOVE what I do. And as the Head Coach of her brand, it's been so special to see a side of the business that I normally don't get to 'play' in. To no surprise, the amount of care, intention and generosity Laura puts into her speaking opportunities, is outstanding - no different to her programs. Thank you for bringing me along, spoiling me rotten, and reminding me that work can be so gosh darn fun it doesn't feel like work. X I'm off to drink a prosecco on Broadway. ๐Ÿฅ‚ @nath.higgins by @darbydays.co
Day two - PHEW! Such a perfect balance of work, chill and play. x Scored at the thrift store, put the finishing touches on Lala's amazing keynote, ran an epic kickoff call for a new cohort of TNLC, and spent the night nerding out with the lovely @amyporterfield at @donaldmiller's beautiful home. Tomorrow is 'the biggie', so excited to support miss Lala throughout all of her sessions and be her #contentminion. For now, I bid you adieu x P.S. how is this my job? Like frig... ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿซ  by @darbydays.co
Reunited with my loves @laurahiggins and @nath.higgins in Nashville! This was day one of cheering Lala on as she makes her way through leading keynotes and workshops at @donaldmiller's summit this week! Love being surrounded by not only badass founders, but their teams who make it possible. ๐Ÿ˜ Onto day two x by @darbydays.co

Spent the last 3 days with the @mischiefmakers.co family at our team retreat in Amsterdam. For the leaders reading this ๐Ÿ‘‡ These moments are not a nice to have, they are the pulse of your business. What I love about Mischief is they've known this since day one. They've been making in person bonding, vulnerability and laughter a must do since the year they founded. Not a retreat for analyzing KPIs, or revamping roles, or checking scorecards - pure human connection. And the impact is so clear... In how long team members have been a part of the journey, in how passionate we are about the work we do, in how Mischief as a whole is able to serve clients and communities at large. Extremely grateful to be a part of my first official team retreat with you all - can't wait for many more to come. X #nicknight #ohcanada #nipplecovers #thekinkhouse LOL by @darbydays.co
