"Although I was born with a disability, it’s never stopped me telling my story.” – Daniel Oluwatobi

Monogatari is more than an exhibition - it’s a celebration of clarity, culture, and overcoming the blur of assumption. Launching this Friday at art’otel Shoreditch, Daniel’s sold out debut show in partnership with @CanonUK , invites you into a world where photography becomes a tool for connection, healing and purpose.

Featuring work created using Canon’s Arizona 2380 XT and PRISMAelevate XL software, the exhibition is designed to be immersive and inclusive, with tactile elements that bring each image to life.

Come experience a visual journey that reframes perception and celebrates the power of storytelling through the eyes of a visionary creator.

Music has been an important part of my life since I was a little boy. Being able to capture stories of the artists that have shaped your life with their music is something I properly could not put into words.

All I can say is, God is truly good 🖤

Brandy, Musiq Soulchild and Lloyd.

Photography has always been a place of escape for me, but over the years it’s turned into something much more important. Sharing stories, whether yours or ours or mine has become my personal responsibility, because documenting history is vital to keeping our memories alive.

Photography is way more than trends, it’s the heartbeat of every event, every staple in history, every important moment in our lives, and I’m incredibly grateful to be given such a gift to take pictures in a way that tells a beautiful story.
