U20M NATIONAL BRONZE MEDALISTS πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ₯‰

Well done to the boys for securing a bronze medal at the national championships. The boys performanced well under pressure.

Team @khalid_sprintz #JoshMartin @omari.trk @kxng._sb

Khalid bounced back from a disappointing run in the heat and a grilling from me to perform better in the final, Josh ran incredibly on the back straight and kept us in the race in both the heat and the final. Omari ran a blistering 3rd leg in the heats in helping us qualify and held his own in the final. Shawn done well in the final managing to keep composure on the anchor leg to bring us a medal back home. Well done boys on your first national medals! #teamworkMakesTheDreamWork

U17M really and truly should have have definitely been coming back with a medal at a bare minimum.
#TylerAgyekum @jav.athlete @wehrle_track @adzdaathlete ran the second fastest time in the clubs history 43.06 for their age group. However some mistakes cost us a medal in the final. So we ended up finishing 5th overall what is underwhelming. I’m proud of everyone in the squad the 4 that ran all showed up and never backed down from the challenge. Dealing with the injuries of our other 2 members @joshuaske7 @ck_24z7 meant we had a limitation of reserves. So considering our circumstances we have done well this season. 42.89 at the diamond league πŸ₯ˆand 43.06 in the heats. It’s unfortunate but hey we move forward together and know we are capable of doing damage.

This medal will definitely motivate the full squad, not just the U20M as when ones shines we all shine together.

For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. Ecclesiastes 4:10 πŸ™πŸΏ

Finally S/O to @wehrle_track dad for driving up U17M πŸ‘ŠπŸΏ

It’s been a good season with some highs and lows I’m happy to finish it on a high and with everyone healthy or making a return real soon. Now it’s time for me to get abit of rest as it’s been a long season physically and mentallly so I can recharge and rest so I can be back to give my athletes 110% for next season #Championships #trackandfield #4x100m #athletics #HercWayOrNoWay πŸ’› taken in Alexander Stadium by @dch_performance

Jamaica warm weather training was an absolute dream, mate! The mountains, the palm trees and freshly smoked jerk chicken we were eating good and training hardπŸ˜‚πŸ€©

It was such a joy to catch up with friends, reminiscing about our previous victories and sharing our goals for the future. The athletes pushed each other to the limits, laughing and supporting one another every step of the way it was a peaceful trip full of banter and hard work what was great to see. We got to have a real insight to seeing the pros prep for @paris2024 in BTS training sessions! Their dedication and skill were truly inspiring, and it motivated the young athlete to give their all in every training session. Training in a different climate was a game-changer and was a challenge for some athletes however . Just like training in extreme cold conditions I believe it made them stronger and more resilient. 🌍✨ The bond with Hercules Wimbledon and Racers Track Club grew stronger as we exchanged tips, techniques, and stories. The camaraderie and team spirit within our squad were unmatched, creating an atmosphere of support and unity. πŸ€πŸ’™ And let’s not forget the unforgettable moments we shared off the track – exploring the local culture, trying delicious Jamaican cuisine, the fifa tournament I won πŸ€₯ and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Finally big up to Coach Dawson & Coach Campbell for the mentorship and support on the trip learning from top Jamaican coaches helps me develop and get better as a coach so that I can provide a better service for my athletes @patrickdawson.pd19 @kingleostrength taken in Usain Bolt track by @dch_performance

Surrey Championships part2
(Relays) πŸ₯‡πŸ₯ˆπŸ₯‰

4x100m
U20W πŸ₯‡
U17M πŸ₯ˆ
U17W πŸ₯‰

A massive well done for all of the squads for medalling and finishing the season on a high.

U20W claimed Gold and ran a new personal club/club record. They improved on their time from June taking off 0.4 off their time running 49.03. Very proud of the bounce back the girls after a sub par performance at the diamond league they really stepped it up and believed in themselves to get the job done. This medal is important to us as both Cora and Renika missed their individual surrey championships due to hamstring injuries. Not only that they both arrived in the UK within 12 hours and competed. Proper team spirit well done and massively well deserved girls. Shout out to Kacey for stepping up this season to run in an older age group and Captain Kyra for bringing it home in a commanding anchor leg. @kay.privc @cora.barnettt @renika.xo @kyrastone.x

U17M a massive shout to all of the boys especially new boys to the team Chez and @adzdaathlete who were dropped in last minute due to athletes being on a break both boys stepped up to link up the regulars @jav.athlete & @markos.s_ to bring it home in 44.0 challenging a strong Herne Hill side. Great changeovers overall I couldn’t really ask from more from the boys they held their own and ran faster in the final than in the heats.

U17W well done to coach Cathan for helping prepare the girls on the day and coach Antonio for his preparation with the girls during training.
Good job girls I know you were frustrated to be pipped on the line by Herne Hill for the silver by 0.01. However
we’re progressing! From being DQd at the club connect to getting a surrey bronze medal you should all be proud of yourselves. A massive shout out to @bellaaaa.gx & @imana7368 aswell for stepping up to help the senior women’s team this season.

Finally also big up to the kid, #U20M Josh Martin new PB in the 100m & 200m at Stratford open meet in 11.14 & 22.31. After the relays had finished I rushed over to support him for his 200m race at Stratford. Great day overall

πŸ”΄ BREAKING: DCH PERFORMANCE LAND BENEDICT MILSON

SKY SPORTS NEWS

DCH Performance have strengthened their backroom team with the appointment of Benedict Milson as Strength & Conditioning Coach.

⭐ WHO IS BENEDICT MILSON?

Known across the industry as @mrbigfriday Milson brings an impressive combination of elite sporting experience, competitive success and S&C knowledge to DCH Performance.

πŸ‹πŸΎ Olympic Weightlifting
πŸƒπŸΎ Athletics
πŸ‰ Rugby Union
πŸ’ͺ🏾 Powerlifting

Milson is also a multi-weight British Champion, having competed successfully across the 102kg, 109kg and 109+kg categories.

Academically, he holds a BSc (Hons) in Strength & Conditioning Science from St Mary’s University.

But his credentials only tell part of the story.

🧠 THE MINDSET

Benedict’s coaching philosophy has been shaped by his own physical and mental setbacks, adversity and years of delayed gratification.

That experience has helped develop a mindset centred around discipline, resilience, patience and long-term development β€” qualities he now brings to the athletes he works with.

His door is already open to the DCH squad, with athletes encouraged to reach out regarding Strength & Conditioning, rehabilitation, strengthening niggles and performance development.

πŸ”΄ THE DCH CONNECTION

Milson has been a mentor to Coach Devonté, with the pair working together at Bounce Gym New Malden since 2018.

Now, after years of collaboration, that relationship officially becomes part of the DCH Performance backroom team.

There is also a strong connection within the squad, with Milson having studied at St Mary’s University, the same university attended by Khalid and Kyra.

This isn’t just another appointment.

It’s another piece of the infrastructure being built around Coach Devonté’s independent sprint squad.

THE BACKROOM IS GETTING STRONGER.

πŸ”΄ KHALID TO DCH PERFORMANCE β€” HERE WE GO! πŸ”΄πŸš¨

THE SAGA IS OVER. TOTAL AGREEMENT. 🀝
After fielding interest and offers from groups across the UK, (JA), and the USA, and following weeks of intense speculation sparked when the pair were spotted outside @stratfordspeedgp , along with missing out on the National Relays squad where 5/7 DCH athletes made the cut while he watched from the sidelines @khalid_sprintz has finally made his choice. Amid false rumours linking him to a double deal alongside another teammate, Khalid ignored the noise, trusted the bond, and has officially chosen to join Coach Devonté’s independent sprint squad, DCH Performance. πŸ”΄

⏳ THE HISTORY (2020–25): The foundation was already built during years of hard graft working together. Now, that relationship comes full circle as they reunite for the next chapter.

Proud to connect with some of the top coaches out here in Ghana πŸ‡¬πŸ‡πŸ–€βοΈ

Great conversations around mentality, sharing knowledge, coaching approaches, training methods and even supplement advice.

Big respect to Coach Bruce, Head Coach of the University of Ghana Athletics Team, and Senior Coach Asamoah Lawrence, Sprints Coach and S&C, for taking the time to chat and share insights.

Great vibes all round, with some talented and hardworking athletes putting in the work. πŸ’ͺ🏾

The funniest thing is Coach Asamoah and I already had each other on Instagram but randomly linked up out here. The power of social media πŸ˜‚πŸŒ taken in University of Ghana Stadium by @dch_performance

BFTTA Series 4 Highlights
Great weekend for the squad!

Strong, competitive racing, All sub-11 performances, some windy 10.8s PBs and plenty of positives to take away.

Well done to everyone who stepped up and competed.
A great battle for places in the National Relays squad, with everyone showing the level needed to compete at the top.

Proud to have led by example and shown the squad that perseverance, resilience and what listening to your coaches does. Hopefully this sets the foundation and inspires everyone to keep pushing towards bigger goals.
Special shoutout to Gianni for the legal PB and Man of the Match performance.
More to come. taken in Accra, Ghana by @dch_performance
