This weekend, big city energy met next-level artistry. 🗽✨

Our PENZONE finalists took center stage in New York City for @intercoiffureac’s Tapestry of Beauty competition — an incredible experience filled with raw artistry + the opportunity to showcase their talent among some of the industry’s best. 🤍✂️

We’re so proud of the creativity, dedication, + passion they brought to this unforgettable experience. Congratulations to these four on representing PENZONE + being part of such an inspiring celebration of beauty!🎨

Yesterday was so dreamyyy ✨

We had the opportunity to teach Mane Focus, our biggest class to date, AT THE SALON WHERE ALI AND I MET 15 YEARS AGO! @penzonesalonsandspas @atbaseone

Talk about a full-circle moment 🥹

It was pretty surreal getting to do our thing in the same place where it all started.

This was also our first time in a few years teaching a classic two-model color class. We’ve spent the last few years branching out and teaching all sorts of different things, but man, it felt good to get back to what we know and love.

And simply put, that’s doing hair and explaining WHY we do what we do.

I taught my signature technique, Dimension Drop, taking a traditional full-highlight blonde and shifting her into a soft, dimensional, lived-in blonde.

Ali taught a beautiful soft, lived-in brunette 🤎

Everyone who attended was AMAZING! The questions, conversations, and overall engagement throughout the day were so good. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better group of stylists to spend the day with!

A huge thank you to @premier_beauty for hosting us and @oligopro for continuing to believe in us and support what we do!

And a special shoutout to @vic.ky.f , Oligo’s Director of Education, for making the journey all the way from Montreal to help make sure our day ran smoothly!

15 years ago, Ali and I were just two young stylists starting our careers in that salon. Never would have imagined we’d be back all these years later teaching a room full of stylists together.

To celebrate my upcoming BIG 60th Birthday 🎂 I gave myself the gift of accomplishing the 6 STARS iconic World Major Marathons @wmmajors for 2026 @bostonmarathon ⭐️and now @berlinmarathon ⭐️finishing with my NEW Personal BEST🥇

Berlin 🇩🇪was a Legendary 42.195km (as they measure) running through the city streets that were covered in crowds cheering us on every step of the way with great music from local bands, cheer squads and lots of fuel stations to keep us hydrated.

The sun was bright and the heat was one of the hottest marathons I have ever run in before with no clouds in sight but the breeze and shade was on so many of the beautiful arched tree covered roads.

My favorite moments finish line through the Brandenburg Gate, running around Victory Column and Tiergarten Park and finally a moment that made me feel like HOME, hearing someone call my name in a crowd of over 60,000 people 😆 seeing @meme710 at the starting line up was truly a gift of good Columbus energy+ LOvE🎁

The Penzones in Paris — then vs. now! 🇫🇷✨

Throwback to 1994, the first time Debbie + Charles visited Paris with @intercoiffuremondial. This weekend, 30+ years later, they returned to this event alongside global hair experts pushing the boundaries of our industry.

Charles was honored as an Officer, + Debbie was knighted — both meaningful recognitions of their impact + dedication to the professional beauty industry.

We couldn’t be prouder to see these two representing PENZONE on the world stage! ❤️
