2026 reset ✨| Start here

2026 feels like a reset year for me 💖
Not louder. Not busier.
Just more intentional.

If you’ve been here a while - thank you 🩷
If you’re new - welcome 😊

I support busy business owners and families with admin, life logistics and travel planning. Taking the overwhelm out of the everyday so things feel lighter and more manageable.

Over time, I’ve learned that stress doesn’t come from having too much to do, it comes from having too much to hold in your head.

This year I’m levelling up in a way that protects my energy and reflects how I actually want to live and work.

Here you’ll see:

💻 calm admin systems
⏰ real life & business moments
✈️ travel planning made simple
🧱 building a business on my terms

Calm, capable support your way ✨ by @debs_lou_77

Bringing Calm to Your Chaos, One Task at a Time.

Running a business is exciting – but the admin that comes with it? Not so much.

📩 Endless emails
🗓️ A diary that’s overflowing
🧾 Expenses and travel bookings
🛍️ Life admin that never ends

If you’re feeling drowned by the “small” tasks that steal your time, you’re not alone. Many business owners think they need to “do it all,” but the truth is:

✅ Your business doesn’t grow when you’re stuck in admin.
✅ You don’t get your time back without intentional support.
✅ Having a trusted VA is not a luxury; it’s essential if you want to build sustainably.

Who am I?

I’m Debbie, founder of DSVA Solutions, bringing over 20 years of PA expertise to support business owners who want more time, less stress, and breathing room in their day.

Organisation isn’t just what I do – it’s what I love.

What I Can Take Off Your Plate:
✅ Inbox & Diary Management
✅ Travel & Expense Management
✅ General Admin Support
✅ Lifestyle PA Support

I offer simple, clear retainer packages (from £400/month) for business, lifestyle, or combined support to help you reclaim your time and focus on what truly matters.

Because you didn’t build your business to be your own admin.

I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute call to see if we’re a good fit.

Running a business will leave you feeling like you’re on a rollercoaster!

I remember being told something similar when I first started out.

The highs can be amazing and leave you feeling on cloud nine.

The lows can be horrible and that self imposter syndrome can creep in and make you feel like you can’t do it.

I had all of those feels last week.

From burning it all to the ground and going back to employment through to client calls in the diary, enquiries coming in and work on my own mentor guide started with some positive feedback and constructive criticism.

You cannot do this alone. You need a tribe around you who will support you, give you the tough love you need and get you back on your feet.

@laurabruntoncoaching and all the ignited family. Thank you for being the safe space I could break down in but most importantly the support and help you have all given me.

My partner in crime @alexwhitmore23 telling me to stop the imposter syndrome and good things will come.

My husband @andysmithdrums for his unwavering confidence in me & my abilities.

This isn’t the full tribe in my world but it’s a shining example of why you need one in your life. I’m lucky to have one of the best tribes out there 💖

To all those smashing business and clients I congratulate and cheer you all.

To those struggling and second guessing it all I see you and stand with you.

DSVA isn’t going anywhere because if a jobs worth doing, it’s worth doing well!

Here’s to the start of a new week and fresh positivity 💖 by @debs_lou_77

In 1946 2 sisters, Sylvia Stead & Vera Hammond, opened Sylvera School of Dancing.

80 years later the school is now run by Vera’s granddaughters, Danielle Elisak & Michelle Pearl

We’ve had 100’s of students over that time with 4 generations of family members go through the school.

From our first shows at the Crayford Town Hall to the Woodville Halls and then The Orchard Theatre we’ve gone through a lot of sequins and sparkle in that time.

Sylvera is a family dance school that aims to make dance affordable and available to all children.

Heart Full Mind Heavy is back with season 4, episode 1: Anxiety in a Backpack; when school feels too much.

This is a follow up to season 1, episode 7 where we had @saradonnelly_3ls on as a guest.

Both @alexwhitmore23 & I have had tough returns to school with our youngest children. I shared an open video on this earlier in the week and we wanted to share with our listeners as we know we are not alone.

Whether it’s just dislike of school or there are other things at play, it makes for stressful mornings and can leave you as the parent exhausted before the day has even started.

In our case, we know our kids aren’t doing it on purpose. They get into a state of panic and just cannot see anything else other than school being a scary place.

We don’t have the answers and this episode certainly isn’t claiming we know how to deal with it all. We wanted to share so others know they’re not alone and we are in this together 💪

I wish you all a peaceful start to the week - because let’s be honest, Mondays are the worst.

Take the wins when you get them, take time out for you when it gets stressful.

@heartfull_mindheavy is here for you providing support, love and laughter - let’s be honest, if you don’t laugh you’d go mad 💖💖 by @debs_lou_77

Normandy has been lovely.

Days chilled by the pool.
Visit to Honfleur
Visit to Pégasus Bridge
Visit to Normandy British War Memorial
Final day chilling again

Tomorrow we head back home after a week of family time 💖 by @debs_lou_77

Spent the afternoon at Pegasus bridge and the Normandy British War Memorial.

The silhouettes at the war memorial were amazing to see. When you realise they represent those that lost their lives it’s very thought provoking.

Some would say going to Bournemouth for an event the day before you travel to France probably adds to chaos 🙈🤪🤣

You only have one life and, from one of the talks on Friday, when the average life span is 80.7 years and you’re knocking 50 on the door, well you better make it bloody count.

There will be scary moments, mistakes undoubtedly will be made, failure is likely at some point but that’s how we learn & grow.

As Kate Winslet says in The Holiday ‘you’re supposed to be the leading lady in your own life’

Here’s to making it all count 💖

Thank you to everyone who has wished me a happy birthday.

I wasn’t sure how I felt about this one as it’s my last year of the 40’s.

Reflecting on the last 10 years and wow I’ve packed a lot in - most of that in the last 4 years!

I lost my mum the year I turned 40 and that made me realise you never know what’s waiting round the corner and you have to make it all count.

I don’t intend to slow down. I’m determined to make my final year of 40’s a great one. In the first month alone I’m set to give an in person workshop and an online guest expert talk.

I don’t know what the year has in store but if I’ve got any say in it, it will be epic 💪

She believed she could, so she did 💖 by @debs_lou_77
