I am honored to have led the @lululemon Summer Series class over the weekend. People want to connect, learn, move, and expand - yoga is a multifaceted modality that offers attention to these deepest desires. Practicing yoga can offer us the clarity needed to live an empowered, authentic life. Over the years, @lululemon has been an incredibly supportive partner to me in my work at @corepoweryoga and @prisonyogaproject. I am so grateful and look forward to all that’s to come!

Tomorrow, I begin my role as District Manager of LA South for @corepoweryoga 🫶🧡 I began my practice with CorePower Yoga in 2015, joined the SET Team in 2016, became an Instructor in 2017, and started Managing in 2018. What keeps me coming back and fuels my work is the opportunity to connect, move, and breathe with a community that grows together and inspires each other. I cannot wait to create meaningful experiences alongside the amazing CPYLA team 🧡🤍💛

Join me on the mat:
◾️Monday 5:30pm C2 at Westwood
◾️Sunday 11:00am Free Community Class at Westwood

Thank you to everyone I’ve had the honor of learning from and practicing with over the years. Thank you for clearing the path, experiencing LIFE, and learning the lessons side by side. Love you!!! Here’s to what’s next ☀️

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers 🦋

If we let it, our yoga will transform us. Yoga anchors us in our own unique experience in our own individual bodies. Once we can accept the cards we have been dealt and what we are currently experiencing, we are able to be present and receive the lessons of the moment. We can choose to let these lessons change us and transform us. It is a gift to be changed by the lessons that are presented to us with time.

Love,
🫶Dee🫂
