Four Sundays. One incredible summer series. ☀️🧘‍♀️ This summer, Joe Lewis Company was proud to help bring @lululemon Summer Series LA to life at the iconic @pacificdesigncenter in West Hollywood, partnering with @wrightonemediagroup who produced and staffed the weekly experiential activation from start to finish. From early-morning load-ins to fabrication, production and transforming the space for hundreds of guests each week, our JLC team was behind the scenes helping build the environment for a series that quickly became one of LA’s hottest Sunday experiences. The final activation welcomed approximately 600 guests, with 1,400+ RSVPs and 2,000 people on the waitlist — an incredible response to four weeks of movement, community and connection. A huge congratulations to WrightOne Media Group for leading such a successful series, and to the instructors, lululemon educators, brand ambassadors, DJs, creative teams and partners who made every Sunday happen. Proud to build alongside great partners and help turn ambitious ideas into experiences people show up for. #lululemon #SummerSeriesLA #experientialevents #EventProduction #CustomFabrication

What does it take to produce the most attended lululemon Summer Series event in North America? WrightOne Media Group produced and staffed a weekly experiential marketing activation for lululemon in Los Angeles with an at-capacity crowd and 2,000+ people on the waitlist! 4 Sundays, July - August, hosted at the Pacific Design Center, an iconic venue in West Hollywood. The days started before sunrise — hours before guests arrived. ☀️ 5:00 AM load-in 👥 13-person Load-in crew 🙌 8+ WOMG Brand Ambassadors 🧘 10 lululemon Educators 📸 Photographer, videographer & drone operator 🚛 Fabrication and production partners including the Joe Lewis Company 🧘4 Instructors including Megan Roup, Shannon Nadj, Delaney Basil & Dani Coleman 🎛️ DJ Asia Shabazz & DJ Shai Stiggers 😋 Various food and beverage brand collaborations Hundreds of hours spent on pre-production planning. And a final Summer Series LA activation that drew approx. 600 guests — with more than 1,400 RSVPs and 2,000 people on the waitlist. Our success is the result of intentionality, strategy, and an extraordinary team that shows up — literally — before the sun does. To every single vendor and person who gave their time, talent, and energy to bring the lululemon Summer Series LA to life: THANK YOU! We made history. Together. #WrightOneMediaGroup #lululemonSummerSeries #GuestExperience #EventProduction #ExperientialMarketing
