Where you’ll find me every Tuesday morning at 7:30 AM ❤️

Teaching Early Bird Vinyasa Flow in English. 🧘‍♀️

I can’t describe how grateful I am to be part of this beautiful space in the heart of Winterthur.

So many amazing teachers bring their own energy, passion and presence into this space, and I feel incredibly grateful to be one of them.

See you on the mat. ✨ taken in LUNA Winterthur by @deni.dvo

The people around us influence how we feel, how we think, and who we become✨
There are people who give us energy, and people who drain it.

That’s why it’s so important to choose wisely who we spend our time with🤍

Only thinking & connecting with these days still fills me with energy🫶

And I can’t wait to experience more days like these!

And the best thing is — there will be an opportunity to spend days like these together with us and experience what it feels like to be around like-minded people🥹

More to it will come at the right moment🥰
For now, I’m just saving this precious vibe here. ✨ taken in Spain by @deni.dvo

I thought I was saying yes to a seasonal job ☀️

Looking back I was actually saying yes to growth, challenges, unforgettable people and memories I’ll carry with me for a long time ❤️

And the best part?

We’re doing it all again this winter🥹❄️
(Actually already in OCTOBER!!)
