Electric vehicles are not new -- in fact, President Teddy Roosevelt drove one in downtown Hartford in 1902!

@dennishousetv is joined by Lon Seidman to talk about EV's of the past and the present on House of Cars. Tune in at 11 a.m. Tuesday on the News 8 streaming app, available on Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and select Samsung Smart TVs.

There is no place for domestic violence in our society and that’s why I’m honored to work with @intervalhousect to raise awareness about this crisis. On Saturday @karasundlun @stormfurey and I helped lead the annual Jennifer Farber Dulos walk and were joined by dozens of people. The Farmington and later New Canaan mother of five police was murdered by her estranged husband, investigators determined . We reflected on her loss and the loss of too many other victims of domestic violence. Please ⬅️ and listen to a clip from Jennifer’s dear friend, Caroline Buckley and check out my interview on WTNH with Interval House CEO Mary-Jane Foster . If you know someone who is in a dangerous relationship and needs help call Interval House 24/7 at 860-838-8467 taken in Hartford, Connecticut by @dennishousetv

✅ in love with the next classic car on “House of Cars with Dennis House.” Have you ever been in a 1960 Cadillac DeVille before? This finned behemoth has a fascinating history as told by its owner @russ_kramer_art and fewer miles on it than most people drive in a year. Check out the @ctdmvofficial sticker ⬅️ Look for this edition of House of Cars to drop on Tuesday produced by @julianaleporee #cars #cadillac #classiccars #1960cadillac #1960 taken in Mystic, Connecticut by @dennishousetv

🏈 Tailgating throwback from 22 years ago ! To help celebrate the grand opening of the home of @uconnfootball @pwstadium at Rentschler Field a few news anchors were invited by @mjguinan and Hartford Magazine for a photo shoot. It was fun day with @karasundlun @keithnews8 and @cusatok (their pic in comments below) hanging out with @hoffmanautogroup Porsches and wearing stuff we probably would consider overdressed for a tailgate although those sunglasses chosen by @carlzyskowski @centralopticaeyes were very cool. #uconn #collegefootball #connecticut #fashion taken in East Hartford, Connecticut by @dennishousetv
