“I need to get in shape before I hire a personal trainer.”

That’s like cleaning your house before the cleaners show up.

Seriously though, I’ve heard this more times than you’d think.

You don’t need to lose 20 pounds, know your way around a gym, or be able to do a single pull-up before working with a trainer.

That’s literally what we’re here to help you with.

And speaking of that, I’m excited to share that I’m now coaching at Desiata Training in Warren, Rhode Island! 💪

Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time, getting back into it after a few years, or just need some direction, I’d love to help.

I’m also continuing to offer online fitness and nutrition coaching for those who aren’t local.

If you’ve been thinking about getting started, shoot me a message. Let’s talk about your goals and figure out where to begin.
