👯 Your buddy through the in-between | 🇮🇩🇸🇬

POSTS STORIES REELS

As I’m entering another cohort of #zora30dayschallenge, i thought it’d be great to re-intro myself to the new folks i’ve met since i first started focusing on content creation early this year hehe.

So here i am! Hi, i’m Dittha.
1st line of GenZ, about to join the 30s gang next year 🙂‍↕️

At first, the real reason i’m here is to build consistency and be accountable for my own life. At the same time, i did go through some life situations:

🥺 being bullied.
😭 getting dumped.
💔 friendship breakups.

(basically watching people i love dearly walk away or I walk away from situations).

So I thought, why don’t I share my take on life too? These painful moments helped me stand on my own feet independently, while still enjoying life to the fullest.

Maybe some people might benefit from it. And through this channel, hopefully readers could walk away with a happier mental state too.

**
Btw, I’m also still in my in-between phase (between birth and death lol), so i hope sharing slices of my life here brings you a little bit of joy and comfort from your screen!

Swipe left to see what’s here and what’s coming soon on this page~

Cheers, Ditt

Most of the time, our thoughts lean toward the negative/skeptic (it’s the instinct to protect ourself). Rarely the positive ones.

Shifting my perspective took inner work and tons of reflections: learning to catch the spiral, soften the self-talk, and see the world through a different lens.

But dudeee, this mindset shift has been worth every bit of it!! Save this for the next time your inner critic gets loud, i feel you 🥹🫶🏻🌻

This is what happened when both ‘the only child’ kids united 🕸️🕷️

There’s a reason why we met in the 1st place 🤪🤪

“It’s easy to self-criticise rather than see how far you’ve come.”

The mental barrier that lingers in between.
The doubt about your own dreams.

Occasionally, it can overpower the mind.

But 99.99% of the time, it’s just…
“my goodness, I think too much” 😂

The fear of failing.
The sense of not being capable enough.

Meanwhile, look at everything you’ve already been through! And I guess there’s a reason people say “come back stronger” 🌚

So if you’re in the middle of self-doubt (like me LOOOLL 🫠), I’m writing this to myself as much as to you:

“trust yourself. You can do it ✨”

Cheers,
Ditt

It’s a question i feel everyone needs to ask themselves.

Some internal narratives can turn negative, esp when there are tons of internal & external expectations.

So, how are you coping with them?

***

For me, changing lifestyle that i wasn’t used to it isn’t easy. Ofc there are times i feel frustrated with maself 🫠

One example: used to post 4 times a week, strategise & schedule everything. But now.. rarely 🤣

However, looking back since early 2026, a lot has changed in life, and i’m extremely grateful for every bit of it.

Fast forward, it’s counting months to 2027 🥹❤️

Juggling everything isn’t easy. Happy still have some structure in the chaos of life. Considering still can post weekly ✌🏻, exercise, work & meet friends HAHAHA

i guess i’m coping well,
and i hope you do too ✨

Have a gude sunday 🌸

Life is hard.
It’s easier to “complain” than to do it right?

If you really want it badly… suffer for a while, hang in there, tweak what u can do, and it’ll be rewarding at the end of the day 🌞 (some “good” gaslighting here cos positive narrative is proven to be better than negative one LOL)

Mental training takes time. It’s a skillset.

So whenever life turns you upside down, you can get back up and protect yourself.

It’s damn not easy. But it’s worth it.

Featuring the time this potato could still push quite far lol. Recently in the “newer” training playground... it’s getting way much tougher, like in the actual race day 😂

Still unsure if i can survive mixed doubles… hopefully to finish without injury 🤞🏻

+ less frequency to go back physio HAHA
Hence, advice to survive are all welcome ✨

Ah… now i know i smell no floral at all, and more oriental. An ancient soul living in a body that looks younger than its actual age 😆

Anyways, do check out @scentopia_singapore if you want to know what your scent says about you! They are two stores nationwide: @scapesg and @sentosa_island 🇸🇬✨

i thought this was common sense, but some people don’t get it, due to their own causes and conditions lol

So sis here reminding you the key lesson:
“don’t take things for granted ✨”

(i know it’s hard being an ENFJ, isn’t it 🙃)

Never imagined would see a 13M sleeping Buddha in 🇸🇬 😱

Zen mode: on, plus a fun little art activity to destress from the hustle and bustle of life ✨

When I stepped into the creative, media & marketing industry 6 yrs ago, I had to accept one thing: work isn’t 9 to 6. It’s “integrated” into your life AHAHAHA 🤣

To do good work, you need to push yourself. Then comes the weekend work. Ideas that hit at night. Crafting something at 3am. Juggling sooo many projects at once

When your passion never really switches off, burnout comes easy..

So while I’m writing this as a reminder to myself, here’s one for yours too 👇

Don’t forget to pause. Escape from dat freaking laptop screen 🤣 and take any rest that makes you feel happi & alive ✨✨

Then come back to creative work and keep going ❤️🍵
