THE LEGENDARY AWARDS ARE BACK! 🏆✨

After an extended pause, I am incredibly proud to officially announce that The Legendary Awards will return on March 28, 2027!

Our last celebration was in 2019. Like so many others, our plans were interrupted by COVID-19. Then life took me on a deeply personal journey as I stepped away to care for my mother during her illness until her passing. During that season, the Legendary Awards may have been on pause—but the vision, purpose, and legacy never disappeared.

Now, it is time.

We are coming back BIGGER, BETTER, and more LEGENDARY than ever!

The Legendary Awards was created to recognize extraordinary individuals who are making an impact, creating opportunities, serving their communities, and building legacies that deserve to be celebrated. In 2027, we are raising the bar and preparing for an unforgettable evening of excellence, entertainment, inspiration, recognition, and impact.

As we begin this exciting new chapter, we are also welcoming new sponsors, corporate partners, community supporters, vendors, volunteers, and organizations who believe in our mission and want to be part of the Legendary Awards experience.

Whether you have supported us from the beginning or you are discovering the Legendary Awards for the first time, we invite you to join us on this journey.

📅 SAVE THE DATE: MARCH 28, 2027

🏆 The Legendary Awards
✨ Celebrating Excellence. Honoring Impact. Building Legacy.

Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are now open. We welcome businesses and organizations interested in aligning their brands with an event dedicated to recognizing excellence and community impact.

Visit www.legendaryawards.com for information and upcoming announcements.

The wait is over. The vision is renewed. The legacy continues.

Happy Juneteenth IG Family,
Help me support my lil sis Executive Producer @autumnbaileyentertainment by watching her movie Color Book on Netflix or select theaters.

P.S.A COLOR BOOK NOW STREAMING ON NETFLIX & SELECT THEATERS IN LOS ANGELES, NEW YORK AND ATLANTA!!

Making Color Book for me was about telling a story that portrays Black fathers in a positive light showing them as loving, present, and impactful father figures. It was also about showcasing a community that is often defined by disabilities and instead highlighting the love, care, dignity, and humanity that surrounds them.

My hope is that this film impacts everyone who watches it.

David did a beautiful job crafting this story, and I am so proud of what our team created. This film is true art, and now it’s out for the world to see.

Now streaming on Netflix. 🎬

Great job, *Color Book* team! ❤️

A film is only as strong as the people behind it, and I am incredibly grateful to every cast and crew member who poured their talent, passion, and heart into Color Book.

Thank you for believing in this story and helping bring it to life with such care and excellence. Your hard work created something truly special that will now touch audiences around the world.

I am so proud of what we accomplished together.

I Love Making stories that matter. ONWARD AND UPWARD ✨️ A thank you ok to go

I miss my mommy!!!Happy one year in heaven sweet girl. What a tough day to relive from Rhonda’s Perspective

You get a call from Mom's caregivers telling you that she had been asleep since the day before and that she sounded different. Immediately, I told them to call the hospice nurse. About 30 minutes later, the nurse arrived and gently told us that Delo was making her transition and that the family needed to come.

As most of you know, my mom was a very private woman. She was careful about who she allowed into her space.

When I tell you my mom became my focus, I mean it. Being a caregiver from a distance was one of the hardest jobs I have ever had.

I am grateful for so many friends who called and prayed with me during that season (Sintoria, Chrystal, Tahlaha, Celia and Felecia) but a couple who stands out are Mike and Dora Whitley.

I remember Mike and Dora had guests who had just flown in from Africa and were preparing for an important meeting at their business. Yet when I called, Mike asked, "Can I pray for you?" Right there on the phone, he began to pray. As he prayed, a peace came over me concerning Mommy's transition.

Maybe an hour later, my sister Nita said, "Hey, Dora is here in the front room."

I said, "What?!"

At that point, Mommy had transitioned about 35 minutes before Dora walked through the door.

My God, that was the hug I needed in that moment.

She immediately went into "Dora mode" and began capturing our family's final moments with Mommy. What a gift. Because of her, we have precious photographs that our family will treasure forever. When you have a friend that hears in your voice you need them and they stop what they are doing and make you a priority. WOW Family for life. Period.

Today, I can look at those pictures and thank God that Mommy is at peace. She is no longer afraid, no longer suffering, and no longer in pain.

Mommy, we love you and miss you every day, but we find comfort knowing that you are in a better place.

Happy One-Year Anniversary in Heaven, beautiful girl. ❤️ by @divasunlimited
