Medal Monday (a little late)
Competed in my 3rd World Championships with Team USA a few weeks ago in Pontevedra, Spain. First time with a top 20 finish. Pretty proud of this one, but hungry for more.
A week littered with logistical chaos ending with a competitor cutting me off throughout the finish shoot by zig zagging then pushing me back as we crossed the finish line together. A lot to be proud of and a lot to laugh at now 🤣

I wish I could say that I’m always calm through the chaos. But that is not always true 😅 I appreciate those who were patient with me through the twists and turns 🫶🏼 taken in Pontevedra, Spain by @djlexing

🚴‍♀️ 100 miles for something that matters
I’m riding from NYC to the Hudson Valley on 10/3 for the Best Buddies Challenge and raising funds for this organization that supports a community I care deeply about.
I’ve been involved with organizations that support the neurodivergent community and individuals with intellectual disabilities and seen firsthand how organizations like this one provide inclusion, support, and resources to those who often feel left behind.

Any amount you can provide can make a real impact ✨

USAT National Championships 2026: One of my favorite weekends of the year! It is always the best time seeing teammates and friends from all over the country convening here to compete and celebrate.

Began with Draft Legal Sprint, I finished 2nd in my Age Group qualifying for another World Championship.

Next, a new adventure, guiding the 1% Better Team. They welcomed me in last minute to help guide two amazing athletes racing in the neurodivergent adaptive field @xesmeeannex & @x.niendesporter2002

Esmee, a stellar triathlete in her own right, one of the fastest runners off of the bike I know, she finished the Olympic in 1st place in the category (beating all the boys 😉). She’s training for Nice where she will continue to crush her competition and has now inspired me (with a little sass) to continue to work on my run 🤣.
Nina, an accomplished sprinter, competed in her first Sprint triathlon with me on Sunday! She’s new to the sport, inspired by her sister Anne and the 1% team. She can now call herself a triathlete!
I am so deeply inspired by these two ladies and the rest of the team. This is why we do triathlon.

First Ironman 70.3 World Championships in the books! Probably the most challenging course I’ve ever done! Time to spend more time riding in the mountains. An extremely cool experience to race only with women, so many inspiring badass women. I was truly humbled out there.
🏊‍♀️ was fun but slow, choppy and beautiful. 🚴‍♀️ was both physically and mentally challenging. Going into it, I was worried about the climbs, but the descents, scary in their own right with an exposed cliff and a strong cross wind. I did enough hill practice to survive the climbs but probably rode a bit more conservatively than I needed to. Turns out I left plenty of gas for the run 😅
🏃‍♀️ was great! Vibes were high, so many people on the course supporting, and a nice long run along the coastline and across a pier. Gave some extra gas in the finish line shoot because I saw a teammate not too far in front of me. Decided I needed to sprint for a finish line photo together. Sorry Karen, I will forever be in your finish line photos 🤣
