POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We came for the 100 miles and we left inspired by so much more ❤️

Some of our Foundation Cycling New York riders took on the Best Buddies Challenge, putting 100 miles in the legs for a cause that goes far beyond cycling.

An incredible day, an amazing community and a powerful reminder of what can happen when people come together to create a more inclusive world for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We shared the road with lots of riders, and even a few legends, including Chris Froome and Alberto Contador. 🚴‍♂️🔥

But the real highlight was the energy, the smiles, the stories, and the shared purpose behind every mile.

We are proud to have ridden for something bigger than ourselves. ❤️

Want to help? Support Best Buddies, get involved, or simply help spread the word. Every mile and every contribution counts.

Finish Line Friday 🏁🌎🏅

The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams 💖

Repping Team USA 🇺🇸 at world champs used to be a distant dream… and last night that dream became a reality at the World Triathlon Championship Finals - AG Sprint in Pontevedra, Spain. 🇪🇸🏅

50th in the world, 13th American - 35-39 AG 🌎

Knowing this was the finale to my “world tour” with two international world championships in 12 days, and the lead up was pretty rough 🤒✈️ , I’m extremely happy with what my body was able to do out there under the circumstances. Our bodies can do some pretty limitless things when we put our minds to it. But now mine needs a break. 😜

Seeing my friends at the finish brought tears to my eyes- thanks for the big hugs @damoncwatson 🥺 And seeing my bestie @djlexing shine out there was something else! ✨

Special shout out to my coach @jonfecikracing for getting me through this adventure!

When we dream big and live for experiences, we can’t lose. I’m coming home with lessons learned, meaningful experiences in magical international locations with amazing humans, and an optimistic outlook on what the future holds. 🚀

Keep dreaming big limitless fam!

Now it’s on to the next adventure.✌️✈️

2026 @usatriathlon Nationals, Day 1: Draft-Legal Sprint Triathlon.

I was so excited about this race! I've never raced a draft legal tri but raced road bikes in college and can throw down some big power with way above average bike handling skills for a triathlete (hahaha).

Really leisurely 12:10pm start and I got to meet legendary Kona and world triathlon champ @karensmyers8926 in transition. Caught up with my fave race announcer and hype woman @michandashines who insisted I tell Karen I was the first Asian-American female pro triathlete 😆

I had a strong swim for me (thank you last minute swim panic training in July), quick transition, jumped on my bike and...went nowhere fast. In my mind I would be able to jump in a pack, bridge up to the next and keep moving up. In reality, I felt shockingly slow and went backwards. I couldn't hold 18-20mph while drafting, would get dropped and barely hold 15-16mph alone...while dropping 200 to 400+ watts. I kept pushing despite getting dropped down the field with one of the slowest bike splits in my AG.

**Is it because I only put my road bike together a week ago and haven't raced on it in 20 years?? I should've gotten a bike fit. The geometry is just too different! Do I even want to race on Sunday? Is it because I got stung by a bee the Sunday before?! WTF is wrong with me?!**

Once on the run, I had no choice but to pick people off and move up the field. Passed a lot of ladies and did not get passed!

I saw my friend, rival, and the next day's mixed relay teammate @vkandersdc towards the end of the longest 5km ever and had the juice to outsprint her in the homestretch as Ainsley screamed with Aunt Kathy @turbo6chick and waved her GO MOM! sign. 🥹

I ended up 7th in W45-49 in a small field (top 3 was a podium) and was severely disappointed...although still happy and grateful that "at least we got to race," unlike last year.

After gaslighting myself for hours after the race, I said "you know, the only saving grace is if the rear brake is rubbing"...I checked my rear wheel in the hotel room and...it barely moved. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So Day 1 of racing ended in a mix of frustration AND relief. I had 2 more races to redeem myself!

@usatriathlon National Champs - OLY distance ✅

Sixth time getting the honor to qualify and compete at this race. It never gets old. The vibes, the people, the setting is all magic! 🪄

This one was particularly special to me because I had the honor of racing alongside coached limitless athlete @limitlyss_davis (who will qualify for Team USA with her limitless performance!), my husband @jeffdekalb racing his first National champs, and with many others in the limitless fam! 🫶

It was surreal having them all cheer me on to the finish, seeing the @limitlessracingandcoaching kit out there on the course, repping Team USA 🇺🇸, and watching the crew kick some limitless bootay! 🔥

The magical vibes brought a nice course PR for me and a small Oly distance PR - I’ll take it!! Thanks to Coach @jonfecikracing who keeps helping me find speed along the way, even 14 days after a half iron - which was the fastest race turn around I’ve ever had after a 70.3!

Congrats to everyone who took on the nationals Olympic course!🏅 And thanks to @skinnylonglegs535 for the pics, cheers, and vids! 📸

Time to celebrate with the limitless fam at dinner tonight!
