Last night wrapped up Kate’s second year of Stopher volleyball! 🏐 We made it to the championship and came out runners-up in the elementary gold division! Kate was so happy to earn her first ever medal 🥹🏅I’m so proud of her growth through this season and the entire team - the friendships and support they had for each other was so special to witness 💜💜💜 by @doc.sergent

Fall Break was full of firsts and fun…
Beautiful weather☀️, the week started with the calmest Gulf water I’ve ever seen! Beach days, pool games, walks, workouts, sunrises, home cooked meals by my step brother, go carts, putt putt (the scorekeeper was also the winner 🧐) , quality time with mom + pops 🩷, trucker arm pumps, Buccees and more.

✌🏼Until next time

Happy Mother’s Day! ☀️

Today we celebrate love in all its forms.

To the moms, the mother figures, and all who nurture: your care, strength, and presence matter more than words can say.

Who are the women in your life you rely on? 💐

The floors have been laid, the weights are racked, the mirrors are moved (for the dozenth time 😅), and the new Sergent Wellness gym is finally ready for patients!!!

We are so PUMPED to be settling into our proper gym space and are excited for the patients we get to support within its walls. And to make it even sweeter - this is the first gym space that is 100% Sergent Wellness. Over the years we’ve shared a gym with our neighboring business @tricorehealing and prior to that we used gyms attached to the offices we occupied. Now we’re proud to show off a space that’s all our own!

If you’ve been in the office in the past 6 months you’ve been along with us through the changes, the construction noises, the obstacle course of equipment in the hallways, etc, and we are thankful for everyone being patient with us! Big changes take time and energy and this one was definitely worth waiting for.

Special thanks to Dr Julie’s dad @tom.wiedemer and step-dad @wooddimensionsky for all of their help through the process. Like any renovation / construction project, it comes with many stresses, decisions, changes, and unexpected road bumps; but having 2 dads on board gave her a sense of ease and security through every step. We are deeply grateful for their knowledge, patience, skills and many hours invested! We would not have been able to do it without them.

We love our new space and look forward to supporting our patients with this new office ➡️ gym flow. We’re always looking for ways to evolve and provide the best possible care. This space is going to hold a lot of hard work, big wins, meaningful moments, laughs, tears, kazoo sounds (IYKYK) and we can’t wait for every bit of it!

Come see it for yourself 🤍Schedule with Dr. Julie today! by @doc.sergent

It has been one year since Dr Julie began expanding her skillset and diving into the world of Postural Restoration!

Over the past year, she has embraced the challenge of learning this approach and continues to deepen her understanding through ongoing study and future courses.
Dr Julie is always looking for new ways to better serve her patients, and continuing her education is one of the ways she ensures the care at Sergent Wellness keeps evolving.

A special thank you to Dr Julie’s mentor, Danielle Phillips of @untappedlouisville for her guidance and support along the way.

We are excited to share more about the PRI approach and how it can support your movement and recovery in the coming months.

What interests you most about PRI? Let us know in the comments! 👇

You Can’t Optimize What You Don’t Measure.

If we’re serious about longevity, we have to be willing to assess what’s actually happening under the surface.

I recently underwent a full strength assessment, balance and injury screening, and flexibility analysis with Dr. Julie Sergent to understand what my body is truly capable of — and where my blind spots are.

Strength.
Stability.
Mobility.
Injury risk.

Because performance isn’t just about how much you can lift — it’s about how well your body moves, compensates, and protects you over time.

This is part of how we think at SANO Longevity. True 360-degree care means giving our patients objective data — metabolic, mitochondrial, cardiovascular, and musculoskeletal — so they can train with intention and age with resilience.

You can’t optimize what you don’t measure. And you can’t protect what you don’t assess.

Longevity isn’t passive. It’s proactive.

I hope today is filled with so much love and celebration. You deserve it! 💕🎂

Help me wish Dr Julie the happiest of birthdays! 🎈🎉
We are all thankful to know you 💙
