Dr. Kat is the best to ever do it! My healer!
Only person who could make my headache go away after one adjustment! ✨

I also woke up with a stiff neck and she fixed that with her magic hands 🙌🏼🙏🏼

Highly recommend regulating your nervous system this way! 💆🏻‍♀️ Go see my girl and tell her I sent you! 🫶🏼

A sappy caption will not truly capture the feeling of having patients who I’ve literally grown up alongside! It seems like just yesterday when I kidnapped @emilyonak for her 21st birthday 😉😜

How beautiful it is to have been able to know you while I was in chiro school, before either of us were married & had kids —> to now.
Chiro care through your 3 pregnancies and continued treatment for you & these little guys. Ily friend! (& I love chiropractic) taken in Captanis Chiropractic and Wellness Center by @dr_kat_dc

This deserves a permanent post 🥹

I want to thank all my patients who have been loyal for sooo many years!! Life has a way of passing us by so quickly, so when we stop and reflect on our journey, it’s truly remarkable!

My very first house call patient… is still my patient. My Long Beach patients who made the drive to Tarzana during my early days of motherhood… that’s love. My patients who remember my wedding planning days, who are now asking me what I’m doing for my daughter’s 2nd birthday… are you joking? And vice versa, watching my patients book dream jobs, buy houses, have kids, navigate relationships, etc etc. Endless memories shared together 🫶🏼

This is so much more than a job to me, this is truly my community. Love youuuuu!!!!! taken in Woodland Hills, California by @dr_kat_dc
