Dr. Kat is the best to ever do it! My healer!
Only person who could make my headache go away after one adjustment! ✨

I also woke up with a stiff neck and she fixed that with her magic hands 🙌🏼🙏🏼

Highly recommend regulating your nervous system this way! 💆🏻‍♀️ Go see my girl and tell her I sent you! 🫶🏼

Massage has a robust evidence base for alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety (PMID: 27464321; PMID: 20361919). In current literature, modalities like chiropractic care and cupping have less evidence but research still shows they help (PMID: 18054729; PMID: 33920643)

As a therapist, I know that research is important— but your lived experience is more important for you than any study. If you enjoy chiropractic or reiki or accupuncture, and you feel better after treatment, that’s all that matters.

Who/what kind of treatment are on your team? Share in the comments please! I want to know because I might need more care. Your girl is OVERWHELMED rn 😅🫶

Happy Spring Equinox 🥰🌱🌷☀️ I'm feeling so grateful for the extra hour of sun, which truly seems to have shifted my focus and energy. I feel more social, more motivated to commit to new work projects, and I have more energy for activity. This winter I embraced hibernation and didn't push myself too hard to do things I really didn't want to do. I allowed for more rest and recovery, including socially and with work. Now with this energy shift, I can see how these choices have prepared me for the new energy and light of spring. Share your spring energy shift experiences with us too 🥰✨🌷💐
