Diverse voices are essential for innovation, representation, and community building within our activity. When we prioritize marginalized leadership, we not only challenge the status quo but also create safe spaces where every member can thrive. Let us remember and celebrate the importance of inclusive leadership and its impact on our future.

If you see something, say something. Speaking up can be tough, especially when it’s someone in a position of authority or experience. But your safety comes first. Talk to others you trust, share your experience, and ask for advice. If things get serious, don’t hesitate to speak with staff or file a report. Your voice matters, and you’re never alone in this.

Happy first post!! We decided #bodybydrumcorps was a perfect starting point in our mission coming out of the 2024 season.

Be gentle with yourself and embrace the journey-you’re more than just your macros. Celebrate the incredible achievements of the season and remember: this is a temporary, extraordinary challenge, not a permanent standard.
