Rebrand moment as I welcome a new layer of identity. Not without hesitation, of course.

Care is not fixed—it shifts, flows, and transforms.
It exists in the spaces between—between Self and other, body and land, the seen and unseen.

Through reflections, practices, somatics and shared experiences, I invite you to explore the art of tending—to relationships, to transitions, to the deep interconnections that sustain life.

This is an exercise is Self expression, a space where I practice holding myself at the intersections of my inner identities, a creative outlet of things that I’m learning. by @ecotonesofcare

Leonardo described the Arch as “nothing other than a force originated by two weaknesses… each of which being very weak in itself tends to fall; but as each opposes this tendency in the other, the two weaknesses combine to form one strength.”

Strength, stability and equilibrium can therefore arise as a result of dynamic oppositions rather than the absence of tensions.
Both in our bodies and in our relationships. taken in Tuscania by @ecotonesofcare

🌀Follow me as I explore my Breathing and journey through its different pathways
•LINK IN BIO •

You can join this somatization in any position you prefer. I suggest either sitting, standing or lying down.
Feel free and please* allow your body to move whenever you feel the need or inspiration to do so.
It will actually be very interesting to try these exercises in different positions and/or while moving.

🧘‍♀️This recording was made as I was in exploration myself, so what I invite you to focus on comes as a consequence of my internal experience.
You have the freedom to change and adjust your focus according to your own internal experience.

‼️ *IMPORTANT NOTE* : Working with breath can get you dizzy. Whenever you feel light-headed, uncomfortable or as if you are forcing your breath in a way that creates tension, stop.
Open your eyes, shake, move, re-ground yourself.
You can always go back to stillness and simple observation- don’t force anything.

🫁I invite you to also see what happens when you simply stop breathing for a while. Find out how pleasurable and relaxing it can be to pause at the end of the exhale and just stay there.

(This guided somatization was created as a personal integration practice of my studies and is therefore inspired by Body Mind Centering material. ) by @ecotonesofcare
