🇺🇸Roadie for a day 🐍 My first road event… and fifteen miles from the finish, I saw something that blew my mind.

My ego signed up for 100 miles. My back said otherwise. What happened next, watch till the end.

More determination, fewer excuses.

Thank you, @bestbuddieschallenge 💛 Link to support in my bio.

👇 Who’s ever blown your mind like that? I read every comment.

🇺🇸I challenged a four-time Tour champion to see who could stay still the longest. Oh man 😂🐍

Day 3: Central Park at 6:30 a.m., a ride with Contador, coffee with Froome… and a track stand nobody saw coming.

This week I learned that stopping can be trained too. The devil’s in the details.

Tomorrow I ride the Best Buddies Challenge: New York, for the inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Link in bio.
