Snippets of a Monday morning (before 12:30pm) of business owners running 2 small businesses with a 22 month old.

So grateful for our village of Grandparents, siblings, siblings through marriage, nephews, friends, childcare educators and amazing staff who allow us to live this lovely little (sometimes stressful 😭) life! So lucky that they all love Arlo just as much as we do! He’s a very lucky boy ❤️ by @elissa_downey

In the blink of an eye our little KoArlo is one! 🐨Watching him develop has been the most joyful experience and we are so blessed to have this gorgeous boy in our lives.

No words can adequately describe the first year of being a mum, but one thing I know is that it has been made 1000% better because of the love and pure teamwork from Jeremy, and the absolute dedication he has put into being a Dad. I also can’t thank enough, everyone in our lives who have been there to support us and who are helping Arlo to grow into such a sweet and beautiful boy! He sure is a lucky boy to be so loved ❤️

Motherhood while running two business has been wild and I can’t even go into everything I have learnt and the growth I’ve experienced. Maybe a post for another day!

Arlo we are so so lucky to have you! We love you so much and can’t wait for all the birthdays to follow and continuing to watch you grow ❤️❤️❤️ by @elissa_downey

Happy International Women’s Day! Every day I’m grateful that I get to work with such an amazing group of inspiring women, that I was raised by strong, caring and intelligent women, and know that Arlo gets to grow up with so many incredible women to guide him ❤️ by @elissa_downey

What an EPIC week, full of work, KX planning with the HQ team and 15 year celebrations 🥳, team bonding at Studio 360, 40th birthdays of fabulous friends, team photoshoot and of course lots of precious family time ❤️

My body is sore, mind is alive and heart is full! 🥰

Special shoutout to the man in the last slide for being the best partner in life, making all these things doable, and who also happens to be the most amazing dad 🥰 by @elissa_downey

Very belated 40th Birthday post!

2 weeks before my 40th Birthday I ended up with a case of Shingles and with a 3ish month old and two business to run, it was probably not that surprising that I was run down enough for this to happen…..but it wasn’t the lead up to turning 40 that I had imagined and I was 24 hours off of cancelling my party all together!

Miraculously 3 days before my party I turned a corner and on the day I ended up feeling great, and had the most wonderful celebration with family and friends. I didn’t capture anywhere near enough of the day, and missed getting photos of so many special people but I think that is just a sign of having a really fabulous time and being fully present in the moment (note to self get a photographer for my 50th!)

I feel pretty proud and happy with where I’m at as a 40 year old! My 20s were about embracing new things, learning and soaking up every single experience and adventure I could, and saying yes to everything! In my 30s I really started to know who I was, and began to truly follow my heart, worked hard with Jeremy to build a future, did things on our own timeline, and made some big brave changes, and in doing so really found my passion in my career. I’m so excited to see what is in store for my 40s! Now with our gorgeous boy Arlo, as a mother there will be so many new challenges ahead but I’m ready for it all. I also feel incredibly lucky to have such special family and friends to do life with ❤️ by @elissa_downey

Skipped the toddler phase and went straight from baby to little boy 😭😭😭😭😭

Totally biased but I’m not sure it gets much cuter than this! Arlo just being the coolest baby thanks to @joshua_bakerjb and @jbandjc 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
If he keeps growing at this rate maybe he will be the next Jordan (lol we wish 😂😂😂) by @elissa_downey

Happy Father’s Day to our absolute number 1!!!! Arlo and I are so lucky to have you and we both absolutely adore you! Seeing how natural you are with Arlo makes my heart explode. You are such an amazing dad and husband and you’ve made the newborn experience better than I could ever have imagined ❤️❤️❤️
