Honestly sometimes I forget I am 37 and that my extremely fit friends have been doing this for years. But as my Scorpio Eastern European personality would have it, I’m all or nothing and today I decided on a back to back @v2_fit_kt and @kxpilatesmileend session. Will I do that again? No 😂 but am I here for this fitness journey - heck yes. Now pass me the ice.

Just a little reminder: Pilates isn’t as scary as it seems 🫰🏾

We’re just regular girlies showing up, getting stronger, and finding joy in movement.
Sometimes we nail it, sometimes we’re just standing there like “what the heck?!” but we always give it a go.

And honestly, starting Pilates together over a year ago has been one of the best decisions we’ve made 💞

Ps if you’re an Adelaide girlie and need a friend to go to a beginner class with come to @kxpilatesmileend I’ll be your support buddy 🥰
