BEST kind of cake order!! Love it when I get to go all out with a brief: Mermaid cake, go wild 🧜‍♀️💕🐠🐚🪸

✨ Top tier: Vanilla genoise with strawberry jam and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream 🍓🎂
✨ Bottom tier: Chocolate cake with whipped milk chocolate ganache 🥛🍫

Tried to film each step and ended up not fitting in one reel!! Such a long but exciting process (hehe did you spot my change of clothes?) and this was only the part right before the final decorations, which I sadly didn’t get to film 🥹 contemplating whether I should post the other parts like filling the individual cakes, making the strawberry jam, the whipped ganache.etc…?

p.s. thanks @echochandna for trusting me with this super fun cake!! 🥰

✨ They say good things come in small packages and we couldn’t agree more ✨

Mini Gift Sets 🎁 are up on our site, so you can now order directly from https://ellaetc.cococart.co/ (click link in bio) or just DM to order anytime! 📩

P.s. excuse my super shaky hands hahahaha turns out one handed filming is hella hard! 🙈

P.p.s. they also say #goodthingscometothosewhowait so how perfect is the song a paso lento for this reel? 🤩 I can’t get enough of this song but I can’t find it on Spotify… halp anyone?

Ending the year with our Jolly Good Series 🥰🎄 it’s been such a blast curating these monthly adventure boxes, but next year we’re switching it up to new seasonal boxes every 2-3months ❤️ this way you can still order the items on each menu for longer!

Pre order your ‘Yello New Year’ seasonal box for $38 if you place your order in December! The box will be delivered at the end of jan/early feb, in time for lunar new year 💛

What would you like to see more of: the decorating process or finished cake reveals? 👀🎂

A little reinterpretation of our favourite breakfast & bakery items from our time living in Taiwan ❤️

Scallion, corn, and cheddar focaccia, filled with kewpie mayo & chicken floss 🍍🧀 Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside — slightly nostalgic, and very close to our hearts (and belly) 😌💛

Limited quantities available this Saturday - place your order via link in bio to secure yours!

Why choose one when you can have both chocolate fudge cake and burnt basque cheesecake? 💁🏻‍♂️ And to celebrate two birthdays in one! 💁🏻‍♂️🎂

P.s. Can you spot the landmarks from Beijing and Shenzhen doodled on the cake? Had so much fun decorating this cake!
