Ka-chow! 🏎️🏁 It’s been a while since I posted a baking video @ella.etc.bakes …but Alex’s custom Cars birthday cake was too cool not to share! ⚡ Thanks @jlingmalan for the order and the creative freedom 🥰✨

P.s. yes I’m still taking custom orders, just very slow at posting about them 😂 A few slots available most weeks, DM me for your next celebration! 💌

What would you like to see more of: the decorating process or finished cake reveals? 👀🎂

Our satay focaccia made its debut, and we had so much fun putting this one together 🍞🍢 and ok apparently many of you missed our sweet bakes too, so stay tuned and we’ll make sure we have something sweet for the next pop up too! 🍪👩🏻‍🍳

If you took any photos or videos at the pop-up, send them our way or tag us (though we realised sometimes we can’t see your story tags hmmm anyone know why?) We’d love to see them especially as we’re currently putting together our recap reel ❤️

Jan/Feb bakes menu, you were nostalgic, playful, and honestly… very hard to part with! 👩🏻‍🍳

Festive pineapple bolo cookies that took us a few more trials than expected.. focaccia inspired by our time in Taiwan (and apparently reminded my Taiwanese hubby of flavours from his childhood), and our OG chonky cookie — the one that makes our belly smile each time.

Doing each pop up is always exciting and a little scary, but seeing you come, share with friends, and come back again reminds us of why we love to do this! Brb dreaming up the next menu… 😬💭

The crowd favourite OG choc chip chonky cookie 🍪🤎

Crisp edges, gooey centre, puddles of dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of sea salt. She’s familiar, comforting, and always the right choice.

Place your order via link in bio! Last orders by tomorrow 2pm for collection on Saturday 2-5pm, or DM to order for another time~

Meet our newest festive bake — crispy bolo-style top, salted egg yolk bits, and a sticky pineapple jam centre inspired by the classic CNY pineapple tart. sweet, nostalgic, and a little extra (just how we like it) 🍍🍪

Recipe inspired by @eatsbyrachel ’s ‘award-winning bolo cookies’ 🥰
