European championships 2026✅🇽🇰

This was my third europeans representing Great Britain and it certainly was the most interesting one.

I’m not one to normally write a long caption but i feel it was too interesting of a time to not share🫠

On 20th of August (my birthday btw) i caught a terrible virus that was making its way round the hotel which ended in me throwing up many times… I had lost 2.4 kilograms in under roughly 10 hours and ended up on an IV from severe dehydration (last slide)

A BIG thank you to @norulenutrition who was on stand by at all times, i truly dont know what i wouldve done without you!! 💙

Luckily i had a few days to make a come back, and i was feeling good! However after my snatches my heart rate was through the roof and it felt like i couldn’t cool down. I was going very light headed in the warm up room from 75kg +. Which meant we had to lower my numbers.

So even though it wasn’t what i had in mind i had a very memorable trip with some of the best people i know🤍

Additionally, i owe a VERY big thank you to @matt.keogh_performance 🇬🇧 as well as @amykirbs and @nataly_prischepa for helping me in the backroom and training session, @slantd for keeping me in the best shape i could be in that moment😂 and of course my weightlifting mum @tararaaaaaaaa who truly is an angel💗 Thank you guys for always putting the athletes first, we love you🫶🏻

Officially the 4th fittest 14-15 teen🥹

This was honestly such a surreal experience that i will forever be grateful for! I had the BEST time and the BEST people supporting me🫶🏻

@jamieharrop7 hands down the best coach🤍 so much love for you, thanks for putting up with me for a week xoxo

And a big thank you to everyone for always being in my corner, my support system🤍 You guys truly mean so much to me💗

From the doubt of being able to compete in Semi Finals from an elbow injury, qualifying 12th in Semi Finals to then taking four top fives on the way to an incredible performance for her first CrossFit Games appearance.

What an incredible few days watching Ella do her thing at the @crossfitgames - calm, focused, full of joy. A great athlete on the competition floor and just the best person off it.

Ella kicked off day 3 with a 3rd in Catalyst. All the hard work she’s put into her gymnastics paying off.

Only 3 girls managed to complete all the work within the time cap and Ella was one of them. by @ella.henrey
