I’m super excited to be joining the LFP team as your newest posing coach! ✨

I’m a bikini athlete and have been coaching posing for over 2 years, alongside working in recruitment. Fun fact - I’ve been an LFP athlete of Sania’s since 2023 (back in the SFP days).

I’ve continued to invest in my growth as a coach - including training with the LFP Posing Coach Academy & Kompak Posing Shoe School and now I get to work alongside the best team!

I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to help you girls build confidence and shine on stage 🫶🏼

I offer 1-2-1 sessions in Coventry and online via Zoom for Bikini, Figure, Wellness and Fit Model so no matter where you’re based, we can work together!

WHAT DO OUR CLIENTS THINK OF US? 👀🎀

We can tell you all day long why we think you should come and pose with us…

But we’d much rather you hear it from the girls who have actually experienced it for themselves. 🤍

So here’s what some of our LFP girls have to say about working with us, their posing journey and the LFP experience.

Because don’t just take our word for it… hear it from them! 👀

With 7 girls across Team LFP, all with different coaching styles, experience and locations around the UK, we really do believe there is a coach here for everyone.

We work with ALL female categories and federations, whether you’re a complete first timer or heading back to the stage.

Who remembers when Lauren switched categories between shows and gave herself just 3 WEEKS to learn, adapt & absolutely nail the bikini category?!

And boy did she SMASH IT! 🔥

Would I recommend it? Definitely not 😂

But Lauren was already a seasoned athlete who could pose in the Wellness category. That experience gave her a solid foundation to build on but learning a whole new category in just 3 weeks was still no small task! taken in United Kingdom by @ellie_limitlessflowposing

Creating some shapes with @katiea_coaching 🤩

Our key focus is creating symmetry and balance through each pose to ensure we’re ticking all the right boxes.

Fun fact… this is going to look slightly different on everyone because posing is never a one size fits all! taken in United Kingdom by @ellie_limitlessflowposing

The 2027 season is creeping up FAST!!! 👀

If you haven’t started posing yet, I’d really recommend getting started sooner rather than later.

There’s SO much more to posing than just hitting a few poses on stage - there’s a lot to learn, practice and understand before you step on that stage feeling confident and prepared.

The earlier you start, the more time you have to really refine your posing, build confidence and make it feel second nature.

You can use the link in my bio to book in and as always drop me a message if you have any questions! 🩷 taken in United Kingdom by @ellie_limitlessflowposing

Is too much smiling a thing?

Yes! You do not want to just keep your head stiff with a big smile the ENTIRE time. Different facial expressions & head movements can go a LONG way in your posing.

They can completely change how your overall presentation looks on stage and help showcase more of your personality rather than just hitting your poses.

Try mixing up your expressions; smiling, pouting, looking away or looking down and think about how your head movements can complement your transitions and poses.

Good stage presence is made up of so many different elements and knowing how to use them naturally is a skill that takes time to learn and implement.

That’s why learning to pose is so much more than just learning how to nail the poses. taken in United Kingdom by @ellie_limitlessflowposing
